"What the hell did THAT have to do wit-"

Divya scoffed, head shaking.

"Dude I don't even know. I do not know, I do not WANT to know. I need brain bleach."

Blake snorted, nodding animatedly.

"Right?! I mean I get I'm not the target audience for that and they're trying to go for pushing the envelope and show they're edgy and dangerous right out of the gate but there's a limit. I SO did not need to see that."

"Definitely...that was a bust. Can't believe we look forward to the movie for months, buy tickets three days in advance to be at the first showing and end up walking out in the first three minutes because they insist on starting what's supposed to be a kickass movie about an awesomely powerful female superhero with a full on porn scene!

What the hell?!"

Blake huffed, nodding emphatically, giving an irritated wave.

"Yeah that's it- I give up on seeing movies in theaters. I'm just gonna wait the two months and watch them at home, least then I can just blip past all the crap I DON'T want to see and get to the actual movie. This sucks- I've been looking forward to this movie for months!"

Divya sighed, shrugging helplessly.

"Same...such a letdown..." she sighed, head shaking faintly.

"But I guess at least on the bright side we can go catch up with Raph and Kevin and give them a hand."

Blake shrugged, shifting.

"Or...we could do like literally anything else."

Divya sighed, glancing over, brow quirking, flashing an amused little smile.

"Oh come on, you gotta meet them sometime."

Blake snorted.

"Why?"

"Because, you're part of the team now!"

Blake scoffed, brow quirking.

"Yeah- I'm not really a 'team' type person."

Divya huffed out a faint laugh, head tilting concedingly.

"Me neither but there's exceptions to every rule. This is the exception."

"Agree to disagree."

Divya chuckled, rolling her eyes.

"I'm telling you Blake, just give them a chance, you'll like them. Kevin's a total sweetheart and Raph's awesome. And I know it's a lot to deal with and you decided after the whole supernatural reveal dramatics you'd rather just ease into it and have me catch you up before you just flat out jump into the insanity but it's been almost two weeks and we're pretty close to caught up so no sense putting it off any longer. This is a perfect intro for you, besides no time like the present."
