Hayden's father took Yukino to the room that he had prepared for her, the room was the same as any other guest room but the bedding was changed into a color that Yukino's mother had told him about and he had also prepared a desk for her since she will be doing study aboard.
"How do you like it?" Hayden's father said to her and she turned to smile at him
"Thank you, and how should I address you uncle?" Yukino asked him and he smile at the young lady
"You will marry into our family so you can just call me father." Hayden's father said to her but she shook her head with a slight smile
"Hayden doesn't seem to like the idea of it, I will call you father once I marry into the family." Yukino said to him and he smile
"You can call me uncle Will since my name is William." Hayden's father said to her and she nodded
"Thank you, uncle Will." Yukino said to him and uncle Will nodded.
"Should I give you a tour?" uncle Will asked Yukino who nodded to him, uncle Will took her to look around the house since they were on the second floor already so uncle Will showed her the second floor first.
"The room beside yours is another guest room but smaller, the room next to it is the lounge room for the second floor, if you want to relax or want to watch anything on a big screen you can go in and do so, no need to ask for permission. Uncle Will says to her as they continue to walk around the house since the house was built like a square
"This room is the study and library room, this room you can use at any time and there is also no need for you to ask for permission. This room here is my room and this room next to mine is Hayden's room. The rest of the rooms on this floor is guest rooms, let's go to the first floor." Uncle Will said to her and lead Yukino down to the first floor.
"This is the living room, you can watch T.V down here at any time of the day if you want." Uncle Will said to her as he took her to the first room on the right side from when they came down the stairs.
"The room right beside here is the dining room." Uncle Will said to her, Yukino noticed that there was no other room and later found out that it was due to there being a big kitchen and there's also a ballroom that takes up half of the first floor.
"There are another 5 guest rooms down here and to add it up there is a total of 10 guest rooms, there are many people that might come stay here since Hayden has some friends and sometimes there will be a party and they will need to stay here overnight if they have no ride." Uncle Will said to her and she nodded as they once again stood in front of the stairs.
"Dinner will be at 8 pm, you should go rest up since you had a long journey." Uncle Will said to her and she nodded as she head up to the room that Uncle will brought her to, she opened the door and went to unpack her clothes.
Yukino knew that the family that she was coming to stay with was more well off than her family but she didn't expect such a big house, but when she think back on Hayden, she smiled as she unpack her clothes. She had been in love with him since the first time she had seen his photo when she was 11 years old, she thought that maybe it was because she admire him but when she dated other people, she didn't feel the same as she feel when she looks at his photos as they grew up.
Yukino unpacked within an hour and went to take a nap since it was still 5 hours before it was time for dinner. Yukino was happy to meet the person that she was in love with for so long without knowing him at all.
Back to Hayden
Hayden went back to his room and opened his work file while he was looking at the new patterns that were just printed out before they send them out for sale. He was focused on his own work but he was also aware of the fact that his father was walking around the house with his so call fiancee, but Hayden had no intention of wanting to fall in love with her.
Hayden blocked his father and her out by putting on music as he look through his paperwork and observed the fabric, he didn't come out of his room until it was dinner time. When he saw that she was down to get dinner as well, he changed his mind.
"Bring my dinner to my room." Hayden said to the maid as he turned around to leave but his father stopped him
"Where are you going, Hayden?" His father asked him, without turning around he answered his father
"I'm busy with work, I will be in my room. You both enjoy your dinner." Hayden said to them as he stepped out of the dining room and headed back to his own room but he didn't know that the two of them will attend the same college
Hayden woke up the next day and got ready to leave, when he walked out of his room and headed down to the first floor, his father was waiting for him with Yukino.
".....You've never sent me off before, is this something that you will do from now on?" Hayden asked his father with a hint of annoyance but his father smile at the young lady before he frown at his own son.
"No, you have to take Yukino to school with you from now on." Hayden's father said to him and he looked at the young girl who smile politely at him, even though he knew that this woman had nothing to do with how his father had treated him but Hayden didn't care.
"Why don't you just have the driver take her to school? I don't work as a driver." Hayden said to his father
"She goes to the same school as you and since you will drive to school anyway, why does she have to be dropped off by the driver? Just take her to school and you better come home with her too." His father said to him, this was the first time that the father and son pair had exchanged so many words with each other.
"Fine." Hayden said to his father as he stormed out of the house
Hayden said nothing to her as she got into the car after him nor did he talk to her while they were driving. She sat quietly beside him and when he pulled into the parking lot and she was about to head out he took hold of her arm, she turned to look at him; confused.
".....If you get into trouble or anything of the sort, you have to tell me or let the teachers come to get me." Hayden said to her, she stared at him for a while and she smile
"I thought you will tell me to act like I don't know you." Yukino said to him and Hayden let go of her arm
"You are the daughter of my mother's best friend, I will feel bad if anything were to happen to you and you are also.....our guest." Hayden managed to say to her but Yukino smiled at him
"Hayden shouldn't worry about me, I am old enough to look out for myself but if anything happens and gets out of hand, I will let you know or let the other people know." Yukino said to him in English and he smile
"I didn't think you would understand English so well." Hayden said to her and she blushed
"My husband-to-be, speak English, as I wanted to communicate with you, I studied hard." Yukino said to him and she ran out of the car, not noticing the blushing Hayden.
When Hayden got out of the car, Yukino was already gone and he went to his own classes. When he was done with his classes he met up with John and Kaine, the three of them headed towards the cafeteria and that was when he saw her again. Yukino was with a group of friends that mainly consist of men, when Hayden saw this he walked over to her quickly leaving his two friends behind.
