Smirky probably finished school later than Smiley, not because of anything academically, he was just busy getting by life in a straight jacket and therapists
He didn't have any after-school activities, or club activities, stuff like that. he either went straight home and lock himself or to his therapist
Since it'd be hard to think of what happened between smiley and smirky after the incidents (smirky getting dissected and smirky attacking smiley) if they still had to live together their parents probably moved both of them away from each other, but still let them go into the same school.
There's an ethereal painting of one of the twins in their old high school somewhere, no one knows where it is or the artist who painted it but there are some rumors going around that it was painted by a secret admirer who used it to confess to one of the twins but got killed because they didn't return the feeling. At first glance it's obvious to be Smirky but some theorists says it's Smiley.
They were both teacher's pets, but for different teachers, He would be the shy and kind one that offers to help carry things while Smiley greeted the teachers in the hallway and was often asked to get things from a different room
I don't think he had friends, but then again, no one can go through life alone, no matter how stubborn you are, you will always be dependent on other people's judgement. No one will let some creepy psycho work for them right? He definitely was behind some friend group, occasionally talking in but most often just tagging along, forgotten. Just a decorative piece to let him move forward without any complications.
Elementary, was hell. Smirky would often get made fun of because of his eye patch and ostracized by schoolmates calling him a cursed child or something.
had no love life, no high school sweetheart, no kindergarten crush, no middle school girlfriend/boyfriend NOTHING. which is why even though Yandree was a traumatizing person to him he still misses her sometimes because he probably can't even imagine it any other way, the lack of love in his life makes him yearn for the taste, even if it's not actual love BOOM VIRGIN
He did well in school, above average and took care of the class hamster until it died because some psychopath decided to stab a pencil into it.
