Hey all! Today marks 10 months since my suicide attempt, for 10 months ive been n this long journey of healing and i think im ready to stand up and be the reprisentaion and role modle that i dont see enough of. Please know that im always here to talk, please know that you arent alone, and please know you will get through this if you just keep going. Take a break, not your life. Relapse is a part or recovery. Hell, i relapsed yesterday in sh. You are ok, and you will continue to be ok. Eat, drink water, take meds if you have them, get some sleep tonight. You are loved. You are cared for. You got this. Blessed be. Keep smileing. Love you all!
