[Your POV]: Mirabel's gonna call me after finding Bruno, right? I hope so...

[You bump into someone]

[??]: You okay, [Name]?

[You recognize that voice]

[You look up, seeing Camilo looking at you]

[You]: Y-Yeah, I-I'm fine...

[You would jump up, but you don't want to... His attention is finally dragged towards you- and you don't wanna be weird]

[You]: Thanks for catching me- I'm so sorry...

[Camilo]: It's alright! I was looking for Mirabel, have you seen her?

[You don't know what to say... You can't snitch on your bestie. You sigh, knowing that you have to lie to him]

[You]: I haven't seen her anywhere...

[You look a bit sad, you don't wanna lie to Camilo..]

[Camilo notices your sad face]

[Camilo] Hey! Don't be sad! It's okay!

[You]: Is it really though?

[Camilo]: Mirabel is somewhere around here! I know it. The others are searching for her too-

[You]: I know... It really wasn't her fault. I'll take the blame if I have too-

[Camilo]: Hey hey hey, calm down! You wanna get some fresh air with me?

[You]: Okay... But isn't your abuela there?

[Camilo]: Yeah, but we could sit on the roof.

[Your POV]: OMG! AM I REALLY HANGING OUT WITH CAMILO MADRIGAL?!

[You]: Okay!

[Camilo]: You know how to get up to the roof, right?

[Your PIV]: Yes...

[You]: No...

[Camilo]: Alright then, I'll help you.

[He takes your hand and you both go up to the roof]

[You look flabbergasted]

[Camilo sees your face and smiles]

[Camilo]: Yeah, this is what it looks like.

[You]: The sky is so beautiful...

[Camilo] Yeah... Too bad no one else wants to enjoy this.

[You]: I- i don't want to offend you guys, but you guys kind of rely on the miracle to much-

[Camilo]: It's what protects us. Abuela said it would never die. I hope it doesn-

[he shapeshifts into a child and back into him]

[Camilo sighs]

[Camilo]: I don't know what's wrong with our powers, but I hope it's nothing too serious.

[You]: Y-You'd still be very cool without your powers.

[Camilo smiles]

[Camilo]: Thank you!

[You blush]

[Camilo]: Now I came to help you cheer up. Even if I have to do it without my powers-

[You]: You already cheered me up when you invited me here. You don't need your powers.

[You both look at eachother and smile]

[You]: I don't understand why Mirabel is in trouble just because of a vision! It's a bit stupid...

[Camilo]: Yeah... I know Mirabel wouldn't do anything to hurt the miracle or the family. I don't want to argue with anyone though.

[You]: So you don't blame her?

[Camilo chuckles]

[Camilo]: Of course not! It might be a vision, but that doesn't mean it can't change.

[You]: Have you ever seen your Tio?

[Camilo]: He left when me and Mirabel were 5. It was the day of Mirabel's gift ceremony.

[You]: Is he really as scary as you described?

[Camilo]: That's all I remember of him.

[You]: I see...

[Camilo shapeshifts again]

[You laugh]

[Camilo]: I don't think I'll be able to get used to this-

[You]: I'm sure everything will turn back to normal in no time.

[Camilo]: I hope-

[You see Mirabel smirking and signaling at you]

[You]: O-Oh uhm.. I gotta go...

[Camilo]: Aw man

[You]: Sorry, I just remembered something really important that I have to do-

[Camilo]: It's alright! I have to search for Mirabel anyways. It was fun talking to you [Name]. We should do this again sometime.

[You]: Y-Yeah we should...

[You feel yourself blushing]

[You]: Thanks for cheering me up.

[Camilo] Of course! It was my pleasure.

[You wanna show him how much this meant to you.]

[You hug him tight]

[You]: N-No, I mean it. T-Thank you.

[He looks at you, smiles, and hugs you back]

[Camilo]: You can talk to me whenever you want to.

[You both break the hug]

[You]: Bye!

[Camilo]: See you, [Name]!

[You both get down and Camilo continues searching for Mirabel, smiling]

[You go to Antonio's room, blushing and smiling]
