After five months of dealing with the Queen Bee and her clan's torture, something surprising happened. It started off just like any other day for Aurora as she took her normal seat in Mr. Williams's class though the kid who was sitting next to her transferred to another school a month ago. Aurora noticed Mr. Williams was occupied with someone. All she could see was that the person in a black denim jacket with a gray hood that was down so Aurora saw the person's long brown hair and the person was wearing black jeans as well. She tried to make out what shoes the person was wearing but she couldn't. Aurora shrugged it off and started taking her drawing book out as well as her Math notebook and her mechanical pencil.

Class just started as the bell rang and the person had stood in the front of the class, facing the students as Mr. Williams stands next to the person. Mr. Williams clears his throat and says, "Good morning class. Today we have a new student." At that moment, Aurora looked up from her backpack and saw that the person was a guy who had long brown hair that reached just below his shoulders and blue eyes like the ocean. "Hey there, my name's Sebastian Andrew Cunningham but you can call me Sebastian or Seb if that's easier. I'm from Ireland," Sebastian said. Mr.Williams pointed to the empty chair next to Aurora and responded, "Why don't you sit over there next to Aurora?" Aurora shyly waves as Sebastian comes over and sits next to her.

Sebastian had a gray shirt that had a colorful skull on it, a black and white checkered backpack he was holding in front of him, and he was also wearing black vans. As the lesson started, Aurora was quietly taking notes. Halfway through taking notes, a note lands on Aurora's desk. Aurora sighed and then slowly opens it. "I hope you're not thinking about befriending Sebastian. You are nothing but trash!," the note said. Aurora shoved the note in her pocket and continues to take notes. Aurora didn't know Sebastian kept looking over at her while trying to take notes himself.

After a couple minutes, another note lands on Aurora's desk. Aurora opens the second note. "You don't deserve to live. Nobody would care if you killed yourself," the second note said. Aurora got up after shoving the note in her pocket then she walks up to Mr. Williams and asks, "May I ...um... go get a ...uh... drink of water please...?" Mr. Williams replies, "Can you wait til I'm done writing notes hun?" Aurora nods silently and walks slowly back to her desk, gripping her arm super tight through her jacket.

Aurora slid back into her seat and tried to focus on her notes she's been taking. Sebastian leans over and asks in a low whisper, "Hey, are you okay?" Aurora swallowed hard and nods, continuing to shakily take notes. Sebastian notices and immediately raises his hand. "Mr. Williams, Can I take Aurora to the nurse? She's not feeling well," Sebastian claimed.

"Wha- bu-," Aurora started to say when Sebastian covered her mouth then uncovered it slowly.

He put a finger to his mouth, motioning for Aurora to be quiet. She stayed quiet as Mr. Williams turned around. "Well, why didn't she tell me that in the first place. Of course you can take her to the nurse. Maybe you could come here and get these worksheets for your guy's homework before you leave," replied Mr.Williams and smiled. Sebastian got up swiftly, goes and grabs the worksheets for himself and Aurora then he went back over to his desk while passing a worksheet to Aurora.

They started putting their stuff away in their backpacks. Aurora got up first, putting her backpack on one shoulder, and then makes her way out of the class with Sebastian following behind her. "Aurora, wait up!," Sebastian said as he tried catching up to her. Sebastian started to jog a bit and then grabbed Aurora's upper arm.

Aurora stopped then jerked back so her arm is out of Sebastian's grip and facing him. "What!," Aurora shouted with angry tears at the edge of her eyes. Sebastian noticed that and said with concern, "Sorry, I thought you could get out of there. You really didn't look good back there, are you okay?" Aurora wiped her eyes, takes a deep breath, and then sighing, she said, "You don't... um.. have to apologize... I shouldn't have gotten mad, I'm... umm... r-really sorry."

Sebastian smiled gently, noticing how nervous she was and replied, "Hey, it's okay, I'm not mad. As long as you're okay, that's all that matters." Aurora nods and responds, "Um... T-Thank you... Uh... Can we go to the... um... water fountain?" Sebastian smiles and nods, then saying, "Sure Aurora." They both walk to a nearby water fountain.

Aurora takes a drink of the water then takes out her empty water bottle, starting to refill it. As she was doing that, Sebastian asks, "So what was wrong anyway?" Aurora hesitates and shakes her head. "It's nothing...don't worry about it...," she said. "Are you sure?" Sebastian asks.

Aurora nods silently as she finishes refilling her water bottle. Sebastian decides to not push any further and nods. "Should we go back to class then?," he asks. Aurora hesitates and then checks her phone. "We have ...um... five minutes left though," she claims. Sebastian chuckles then asks, "Then should we look at the Math homework while walking to our next class?"

Aurora nods and then takes out the paper Mr. Williams handed both of them as Sebastian got his out as well. They started walking towards their next class. Sebastian says, "Hmm... let's see, it says at the top, we need to work in pairs for this assignment so you wanna work together?" A small but quite visible smile appeared on Aurora's face as she nodded. "Umm... Sure," she says.

Sebastian smiled back. They continued walking and chatting. Every so often, Aurora would show a small smile throughout the conversation.
