I'm in such a writey mood today haha

Makayla

Austin grabs my hand and leads me around a hallway and into another hall that went straight towards two large doors.
"My private theater." He smiled opening the doors to reveal a movie theater-like room with a few giant couches, a olden popcorn machine and a soda fountain that had the spray nozzles things that you would sometimes see in movies.
"Wow." I replied, my voice almost inaudible. Austin wrapped his arms around my waist and set his chin in the crook of my neck.
"Do you like it?" He asks, his voice low, sending shivers down my spine and my stomach into a flop.
"Mhm." I mumble not being able to respond properly.
"What would you want to watch Princess?"
I shrugged in response and he lifted me up bridal style and carried me over to the large couch in the middle of the room. "I'll be right back. Pick out a movie."
Austin jogged out of the room and I got up as soon as he left.
"Makayla, calm down. Business." I mumbled out loud to myself before quickly braiding my hair and walking over to the shelf of DVDs he had. There were so many I couldn't figure out which one I should choose. I finally decided on Maze Runner because who doesn't like Dylan O'brien plus the books were amazing.
"I'm back." Austin sing-songed walking back into the room with a giant bowl of ice cream, two cups, two spoons and two normal sized bowls. "I remembered you like Ben & Jerry's phish food so I had my cook stock up on it."
"You remembered?" I stutter out shocked he remembered something from so long ago.
"Of course. We were best friends makaykay." He smiled and I giggled at his nickname.
"I kind of missed you calling me that actually."
"I'm sorry about everything that went down makaykay, I was an arrogant jerk and dropped friends that were more important to me than any amount of money ever would, I can't believe I'm even getting a chance to be around you after what I did to you and Alex. I'm so sorry." His eyes travel to the floor as he speaks and I can't help but forgive him, he looks so vulnerable, so genuinely sad.
"It's fine Austin lets just watch the movie okay?" I smile and he nods, grabbing the movie and putting it in the player.
"I knew it was a good idea to get this one." He chuckled. "I went shopping to find some things for you so I could make sure you were comfortable here and I knew you would like this."
I just laugh and sit back onto the couch. I pick up one of the bowls and cup and walk over to get myself some popcorn and soda while I wait for Austin to start the movie. I walk back over just as it starts and Austin dims the lights down low and sit next to me.
As Dylan O'brian's character gets thrown into the "jail" for the night I start to feel a bit sleepy, I lean my head onto Austin's shoulder and the next thing I know I'm laying in his lap while he plays with my hair.
I slowly start to drift off when I hear him whisper something.
"I'm really glad your here, I've missed your beautiful face Makayla."
I feel him reposition himself so he's lying down as well and he pulls me into his chest, I pretend to sleepily snuggle up into him. He hits a button and the room is pitch black now.
"Goodnight princess." He whispers kissing the top of my head lightly and then I fall asleep.
