And just as planned, Raven met the two boys where they were supposed to.
"It's best we use the front entrance, since Raven doesn't have a Justice league code."
Robin was right about that. So to the front entrance they all sped.
The young Justice team sat together quietly, doing their own little things.
"Shouldn't KidFlash be back by now?" M'gann asked, her expression showing confusion and a bit of worry.
"Don't worry, the douchebag's probably just caught up with eating or something."
"Okay.. if you say so.."
A few minutes pass and they hear someone enter the room. No, three people enter the room. That's certainly not normal. Did KF get new friends or something?
When M'gann had turned to face the trio that had entered, she gasped in surprise and then flew over, giving someone a huge bone-crushing hug.
"Robin!! It's so good to see you again!" She smiled with delight.
Kaldur and Artemis snapped their head around to see if Robin himself really was there, he was, although not wearing his suit. Seconds later they lifted themselves from the couch to go and greet him, with Connor following soon after when he was found.
"So, Robin, who is this stranger if you don't mind me asking?" Kaldur looked between both Robin and Raven, waiting patiently for an answer.
"This was my teammate Raven from when I was staying with the Teen Titans, we were hoping to join this team together. We don't want anything to do with the rest of our ex-team anymore."
Raven waved, but continued to stay close to Robin and leave him to do the talking.
The Young Justice team leader took his words into consideration, then smiled. "I'll see what I can do. If it works then welcome to the team, Raven. And welcome back, Robin."
He earned two very grateful smiles right before he started talking about where Raven should be sleeping. KidFlash decided that he should sleep in Robin's old room with him and their soon to be new member should sleep in his room, it didn't work and Raven was going with Robin.
KF sulked about it for a while. But all that mattered to the speedster was that he got to spend time with the bird he hasn't seen in forever. They talked from lunch until dinner, chatting about their lives and how much they missed each other.
Later in the night, the heroes all watched a movie together. Laughing, smiling, having fun and just overall happy with their former member back and having a new one to join.
