Violets from me to you,
A smile to cushion the pain,
But how do I hide the stain?

Violets from me to you,
Beneath that faint smile,
Lies the gloomy pile.

Violets from me to you,
I was waiting patiently,
Only to be left spurned blatantly.

Violets from me to you,
Purple hazed, twilight days,
Innocence caged, intended gaze.

Violets from me to you,
Lost in the depth of the ocean,
Only to realise it was the eyes that brimmed with heartfelt emotions.

Violets from me to you,
I have always wished the best for you.
