The manga is about a young landlady asking her older tenant to pay the rent with her body since she does not have any money. Now, I know that sounds shady af but it is actually a very wholesome.
They follow the classic 'And they were roommates trope' with a lil twist. The whole art style and plot is simplistic yet cute and that's what makes it engrossing. They obviously end up together with them finally confessing their feelings and then atlast entering a real relationship.
