It's been about 3 weeks since the start of chapter one))

Silver woke up to her claws stuck in the nest, the nest being slightly ripped up from her claws lashing out so much the night before.

Silver slowly got her claws out of the bed, then her stomach growled. "Oh yeah, food-" she muttered, not really super hungry after her nightmare.

She took a deep breath, trying to get the taste and smell of blood from her mouth and lungs. After she had gained her focus, she looked down at her paws, the ones so similar to Marie's, thinking about how her mother hadn't been around at all lately,

She didn't even come back with food last night...

Silver decided to go look for Coral in the meantime. "Cooooorrrraaaaaaallll." Silver mewed, walking around the home she was in. She didn't hear anything, then decided to go look around outside.

Silver went to the flap to the outside and noticed some tufts of cat fur on it. She sniffed it and didn't recognize the scent of the cat that the fur had previously belonged to. she didn't wanna be near whoever it was either.

Silver jumped through the flap door and walked around outside, she looked around for a bit then gave up, deciding that exploration would be a better option to cure her boredom.

Silver looked around where she was currently, she took in every detail of the garden and home. She needed to remember where she was so she could get back easy.

After she memorized as much of the area as possible, Silver jumped up onto the left side of the fence from the door and dove down into the garden next to hers. She landed on some weird wooden structure with extremely bright colors comparing to the forest.

"Woah!" Silver squeaked as she scooted her way off the weird structure. The structure was made of wood and some other material that felt like a thick leaf but held its shape even when you claw at it or anything.

Silver looked and saw there were pieces of this weird leaf-feeling stuff hanging from chains on the side of the structure. This entire structure confused Silver, so she moved on.

Silver walked around the square shaped garden and sniffed at every weird looking and oddly colored object.

They all smell like housefolk but .... Weird housefolk-?

Silver licked her paw to get the funny taste of housefolk from her mouth, when she looked up from her paws she glanced around the garden. Silver noticed that it was getting dark.

Already? ...Should I go home? I kinda wanna keep exploring.. Just not here..

She shifted, looking towards the direction of the forest.

I am hungry... Maybe I could try hunting on my own to see how I do.

Silver walked over to the fence and jumped up to the top of it, looking down at the forest below her.

It's so dark down there...

Silver jumped down onto a patch of grass below the fence. She then crouched down and took a minute to find something to "hunt". She opened her jaws just a bit to let all the scents bathe her tongue.

She scented what she assumed to be a mouse or some type of woodland creature and she honed in on it the best she could. Silver knew it was just around the tree in front of her, most likely eating something.

Silver slowly put one paw forward, making sure not to step on a twig or leaf because she has common sense and knows the mouse will run if it hears anything. As Silver slowly stalked forward around the tree, another scent bathed her tongue. It smelled strongly of cat but it wasn't the cat itself, like it went through here and placed down it's scent for other cats to know about.
