"Promise."

The next morning came quickly. Y/N's days were so dull and predictable, with Jenken as an exception, she had recited her routine

Wake up.
Eat breakfast with her parents.
Have piano lessons with Histora.
Have literature lessons with another maid, who's name she can't remember.
Meet suitors, reject suitors and leave them in tears.
Have lunch with Jenken, hangout with Jenken.
History lessons.
Mathematics classes and have dinner.

After dinner, Y/N would go look for Jenken, who would more likely be in the garden, and they would talk until midnight.

But during daytime, Y/N couldn't help but feel.... bored. It was the same thing over and over again.

She thought today would be the same as she made her way down the hall, with Evaline by her side.

It was time for the 5th thing on her schedule.

She walked through the tall, hazel doors that lead to the throne room. She then walked towards her seat, after greeting her parents who were also in room.

The King was on the Left, the Queen in the middle and you were on the right.

While the Kings in other Kingdoms are usually the ones in the middle, the Queen is in the middle because she was the child of the Royals not the King.

"Now that you're here. Let's begin. Bring in the first suitor of the day." The King said as he motioned a butler who came and read from a scroll.

"Our first suitor for the day is, Duke Benjamin Williams. He is of the Northern Kingdom of Enchantla"

As the butler read, a man with black hair that was combed to the side of his head, with a piece of his hair going the other direction. His blue eyes read lust.

You couldn't even pay attention to his entire face as there was a gigantic mole on his cheek. It even had a hair or two sticking from it. Ew.

You tried your utmost best to not gag. Is this some kind of joke?

Benjamin made his way in front of you as he kneeled.

"Sweet Y/N, Princess of Galdur, it would make me the happiest man in the world if you would accept my proposal." His breath! It stinks!!

You merely glared down at the kneeling man as you used your knuckles as support for your head. "No."

"What?!"
