The week past rather quickly. Too quickly. At the moment, Y/N stood in front of the door which lead to the fire place where she would meet Jake so he could 'propose' to her.
Evaline being by her side as always. She [Evaline] opened the door for the princess to enter. She herself couldn't enter with her as what they would be discussing is personal matters.
When Y/N entered, she saw the same brown hair that would appear in her nightmares. The owner was seated on the couch next to the fire.
Once the door closed, blue eyes snapped to her s/c figure. "Ah, my Goddess, you have arrived!" Jake said with excitement and quickly stood up then walked towards you.
"Stop." Was what you said as he seemed that he was going right for your personal bubble. He obeyed the commands that were given, with that same sickening smile.
"Let's just get this over with." You said as you walked pass him. His eyes watching your every move, he himself hasn't moved an inch.
"I don't like repeating myself."
Your cold voice snapped him out of his trance as he saw it hat you were already seated on the couch. He immediately followed suit. He sat too close to your liking but decided to not say anything for the time being.
"Well? Are you not going to say anything?" You asked getting irritated by his staring.
"Only if you want me to."
"I don't even want you in my previous, so why would I want you to talk to me with that voice of yours that could make my ears bleed?"
You attempted to insult him so he could get a hint, but it was only futile once you saw the blush in his face.
A sigh left from your lips as you rubbed your temples. "Look. Let me just get this out. I do not like you. At all. So do us both a favor and hurry up and propose. I have places to be."
"Anything for you my Goddess!" And in a blink of an eye, he was down on one knee with a black, small box in his hand.
'I didn't actually think that would work.' You thought to yourself.
Jake then started talking about how much he loved, adored and would always care for you. You on the other hand, were just staring at him with a monotone expression. Your uncaring face just made Jake talk more.
After a while you tuned him out.
Once he was finally done with his rambling, he slid the diamond ring on your s/c skinned finger.
Stretching out your hand, you have took time and analyzed it. Its shank was black and its center diamond and side stones were dark blue.
