Mila used her wheelchair. Her parents ordered her to have one, because she had hit her head in the accident. She had a fractured leg, and her father didn't want her using crutches because he didn't want her to fall.

She rolled her way out of her room and went around to explore. She had her phone, and wallet. She would go get something to snack on in her room later. She was so bored just laying around all the time. She was used to being active, so sitting around doing nothing was driving her crazy.

She was alone when she woke back up after her after lunch drug induced nap. So, instead of staying in her room she decided to 'walk' around.

She sighed as she rolled herself into an elevator with some help from a nurse, who pushed the button for the floor where the gift shop was. Once on the floor she needed to get to, she got herself off, and rolled away.

Making her way through the ground floor, she looked around for the gift shop. Someone came up behind her. "What are you doing out of your room?" She stopped and looked over seeing Massimo.

What the hell was he here for again?

"I was way to bored in my room, so I decided to go stretch my legs." She told him. "So, I'm going to the gift shop to get some snacks and things to do." She explained. He nodded. "Well then, since I'm here, I will go with you." He told her, moving behind her to take her to the said gift shop.

She huffed and leaned her chin on her palm with her elbow on the arm rest of the wheelchair, as he rolled her around to where she wanted to go to. Once inside she headed to where you can get some puzzle books and reading books.

Looking at some romance books, she put them on her lap. She even grabbed a bag that she can attach to her chair and have to hold her things while she rolls around. She will have to get her snacks in the cafeteria after she leaves here.

When she got to the register, she went to get her card out, Massimo went ahead and paid for it. She raised an eyebrow up at him. He just handed her things over to her. She just huffed and took the bag. "Am I taking you back to your room?" He asked her. Mila shook her head no.

"I'm going to go get some snack for my room." She told him. He nodded and rolled her out of the gift shop. She saw the Starbucks. She wanted some. He noticed her looking and stopped. "Did you want something?" He asked her. She nodded. "Cafeteria hot chocolate is just the power stuff." She spoke.

Massimo chuckled and nodded.

He then rolled her to the line of the Starbucks. When it was their turn, she ordered a large minty hot chocolate with extra mint and chocolate. When given her drink and held it and smiled as she took a deep breath of it, in hailing the minty scent.

Massimo looked at her and smiled. She always loved chocolate. Ever since she was able to have it, she always wanted chocolate.  He could remember sneaking her chocolate when he was younger. He thought that's why she followed him around, wanting the candy he would give her.

She sipped her drink with a soft smile. She loved minty hot chocolate. With this making her happy, he rolled her to the elevator and hit the button for the cafeteria. "You know I can do this myself." She told him as they waited inside the elevator.

"I know, but I like helping you." He told her. "I don't need help getting around the elevator. And getting the things I want to get." She said, annoyed. She sipped her drink. "You've always been so stubborn and independent." Massimo said amused.

She shot him a look, making him chuckle more.

She huffed and looked away from him as she sipped her warm drink. She sighed deeply as the doors opened and he rolled her away out of the elevator. She looked around as people started looking at them. Whispering about them.

People were talking about how attractive Massimo was. And he indeed was a very attractive man. Mila can admit it. Sure she could. But it isn't like she was going to gawk at him like people were.

She moved in the chair uncomfortable with all the attention on them. She wasn't a fan of it. Massimo looked down at her, seeing how uncomfortable she was. He couldn't just hide her, they would still look at them.

He gave a look at people. "Starring at people isn't very nice." He said, causally. Everyone turned away at being called out at looking at the couple non-stop. Massimo rolled Mila around as she gathered snacks for her hospital room.

When she got all the things she wanted, he took her to the register and paid for everything once more. Which annoyed her. She had money. But she knew better than to argue. So, she just kept quiet. She took her things and sat it all on her lap.

Soon they were back in the elevator to go back to her room once more. Sadly.

"I stopped by your parent's hotel room and got your things, so you have things to do while here." He told her. "Some movies as well for you to watch." He continued as they walked out of the elevator and to her room.

"Oh... Thanks for that." She mumbled. "So, when did you start making hats?" He asked. She shrugged. "One of my mom's friends was doing it so I asked I could learn, and I have been doing it since. I make all types of hats, and when fall comes, I make a shit ton of winter hats and hand them out to the homeless." She explained.

He smiled. Such a kind innocent heart.

"Well, I brought your set up here for you to keep working on them." He told her, making her nod to show she heard. Getting to her room, she saw that indeed that he brought her many things to keep her occupied for her the rest of her stay.

Massimo took her drink, setting it on the side table, before he picked her up. She blushed as she held on as he laid her back into the bed. Then he got to work on putting things he just bought her away in places she can get to.

Sh got the blankets over the lower half of her body as she watched him. He then looked at her. "What else can I do for you?" He asked her. She shrugged. "You can tell the nurse I'm ready for dinner." She told him.

He nodded. "How about I bring some doughnuts tomorrow for breakfast?" He suggested. He did see her perk up but then tried to not look excited about the thought of doughnuts. It made him grin.

"I can't stop you from bringing me things." She mumbled, crossing her arms, still looking away from him. It just made her chuckle and kiss her head once more.

"Then that's what I'll do. I'll see you in the morning." He told her. Mila stayed quiet as he walked to the door. "Can you get me a strawberry banana orange smoothie as well?" She asked softly. He stopped and looked at her. "Maybe if you say please." He teased, making her grumbled. "Please?" She asked.

He chuckled to himself once more. She was highly amusing and innocent.

"Of course. See you tomorrow." He said before leaving for the night.
