Dream came on stage like a nightmare, dark but sultry. Slow movements but erotic for Roman. Her dark hair, eyes and tainted skin exuded such beauty.
Many men enjoyed themselves watching her, with their drinks in one hand or others standing smoking a cigar.
The room was filled with such a cloudiness and haze that the smell from the cigars sept into the velvet cushions. A thought came across Roman's mind that his wife would smell it on him.
Unlike the rest, Roman was the only one sitting in an uncomfortable position. His sweaty hands on his knees as he sat on the couch. Roman had only been to a gentleman's club once and that was in his college days when he was still dating Fei.
His heart was beating quickly as he saw the dancer on the pole and the many women surrounding him. Many offered to dance on him, but he had declined. As soon as her set had ended, he had gathered himself up to the bathroom.
He was feeling guilty coming here. If Fei had known she might be pissed and rightly so. He was coming to have fun watching naked women with his friends.
Roman knew he had to leave and looking in the bathroom mirror he had washed his face and patted it down with a towel and attempted to leave the facility.
"Hey Roman where are you going?" Adam shouted. He had a naked women on his arm and a cigar on his lip.
Roman shook his head and his friends, "I have to go home." And as he was turning for the exit, a hand had wrapped around his arm.
"Would you like a dance?" It was her, the woman dancing earlier. Something in Roman had let her drag him to the back to receive a dance. It was something about her smell, perhaps her body or simply the feeling of another woman.
She had sat Roman onto a cushioned couch and closed the door. The room was small but enough for them both. Her hands on his neck and then her thighs sat on the side of his. She was now sitting on top of him. She had leaned back and her head as well. Her back arched and all he could see was her stomach and chest perked up in the air.
He felt helpless as he enjoyed the show. He didn't want to admit it, but he liked the feeling she had given him, so much that his bulge was growing. His cheeks reddened the longer she had kept dancing. But soon her hands had grabbed his and had placed them in places he would only touch Fei.
For a second he had pulled away but he instantly grabbed the dancer and kissed her and continued to touch her in many areas. He could no longer resist and wanted to see how different she was.
It felt freeing at the moment for Roman. This was something new and different. A feeling he had never felt before or indulged himself in ever.
Someone new, someone that felt different, tasted different.
He enjoyed this feeling and he moaned her name aggressively. He felt like he was on cloud nine. It all really felt like a Dream in the moment.
But soon after the dancer had gone and the infatuation had died down, the guilt had came over Roman. And the realization of what he had done had given him anxiety.
He ran back home. Fei.
His clothes were quickly in the washer and he jumped into the shower as fast as he could and bathed himself in soap. All the soap he could find, he poured it onto him. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body scrubs, he scrubbed and scrubbed.
But he could still remember it, her smell, her touch and inside of her. Shaking his head and turning the warm water cold to punish himself.
"Honey" Fei had walked into the bathroom and opened the curtains. She had a baseball bat in her hand and sighed when she had noticed it was her husband. "Why the hell did you not come to me and let me know you were here?"
Roman had turned off the water and walked out of the shower and hugged his wife.
Her clothes were now wet and he felt too cold against her. Without hesitation, she held onto him. She no longer felt fear. "What's wrong?" But he didn't answer and just held her. She now felt anxious.
Grabbing the towel and drying him down, now words were exchanged. Just a mutual understanding.
It must be work or family. Maybe a death in the family? Fei had thought but she wanted him to speak and talk to her at least. "Baby, can you please say something?"
"I just want to sleep."
Nodding her head, she didn't want to argue or push him. "Okay."
And so they did just that but Roman was wide awake.
As the days came by, Roman came home late often. The excuse was always work but at times Fei often had wondered if it was a lie. Something in her gut, heart and mind was telling her something was off. And now she didn't know what she was feeling. Sadness and confusion maybe but it felt like she was mourning for their relationship. It later became like her husband was a ghost. She rarely saw her Roman at home. He had skipped out on dinner most nights and trying to get a conversation out of him pained her because every time he spoke, his tone was irritated and his words were short and stern. She tried to help cheer him up but everyday he seemed bothered by her. It could be that he rarely slept or the overtime at work, but it was starting to affect her and the marriage.
Fei then heard a ring from her phone as she was out for groceries. Her long time friend was in town for a while and had asked Fei to dinner. This was what she needed, her friends.
Roman had let Fei know he was going to coming home late - nothing new to her lately, and Fei had given him notice of her dinner with her friend.
Kiana was sat at the table waiting for Fei with a bright smile. She looked like she was glowing and Fei wish she could be the same as well.
With the drinks and catching up together after not seeing each other in 12 years, they had both updated their lives after high school. Kiana, coming from a good home and being a good girl all her life had thrown it all away when she had met Sam in college. Sam sold drugs and smoked marijuana with Kiana. They grew close and he showed her the entertainment industry.
She grew to love the fast money and not working as hard as she was in school. So she dropped out and became a dancer.
Fei, on the other hand became a wife at a young age. Meeting her husband in her sophomore year of college and married when they had graduated. It was happy and there were small arguments but nothing crazy.
"So are you and Sam still together?" Fei chuckled.
"Oh no. He's just a friend." Kiana laughed and then she sighed. Fei noticed a hesitation in Kiana.
"But?" Fei pried.
"But there is someone." Kiana beamed. Her eyes were glowing and it felt like Fei had seen this before. She had felt this before.
"Great! Go for it."
"But I think he's married."
Silence loomed over them and Fei didn't know what to say.
"Are you sure?"
"Well he leaves early from my apartment and it's not much conversation but i like the way he makes me feel."
"I'm sure" Fei laughed. "You should ask him and if he is, you should stop it with him immediately."
Kiana had only nodded her head because Fei didn't understand the way this man made her feel.
