The Adventurers Guild Pt3

At this point, we were all exhausted and couldn't go on much longer. The mitachurl started running towards us. None of us were prepared. We held our weapons out, ready for nothing, until suddenly, we saw a giant crack in the sky behind us, and then something covered in flames shoot inside the Domain. What was it? Wait.. It's- It's Hu Tao! How she got into the Domain I'm not going to question, and I'm definitely not going to complain. We all saw her and stepped back from the mitachurl for Hu Tao to land in-between us and the beast. She landed and without hesitation summoned a ghost, gripped onto it and span around, making a giant swirl of fire, knocking out the mitachurl immediately. Once the mitachurl fell down, two more started to appear. She looked at me, walked over to me and gave me my Vision, in it's brand new case. 

Chongyun:"Ha! I knew they were a fighter!"

Xingqiu sighed. He looked at Hu Tao.

Xingqiu:"That was impressive!"

Chongyun:"Yeah! How did you do that!"

Hu Tao giggled.

Hu Tao:"It's nothing you exorcists need to worry about."

Hu Tao stuck her tongue out for a second and Chongyun's face turned red, full of rage.

Xingqiu:"Enough you two, the mitachurl's are back."

I put the vision on my belt, flung my Polearm back so that it disappeared, concentrated for a few seconds then bashed my fists together head on to cause the fire dragon gauntlets to appear on both of my arms. Hu Tao whipped her Polearm to the side, igniting it. Chongyun tightened his grip on his Claymore and lifted it up behind his back. Xingqiu span his sword around until he locked it in a position that he was ready to fight with. This may not have been very productive, but I can assure you that it looked freaking awesome!

Xingqiu summoned swords around him which applied Hydro to all the enemies he hit then Hu Tao would charge into them to cause a vaporize reaction. Me and Chongyun worked together for melt reactions. He would cover the ground in Cryo, then my Pyro fists would smash the ground to finish off the enemies.

We finished the challenge and all celebrated together. We walked up to a mystical looking tree and all placed our hands on it. We then received some strange items known as 'artifacts'. We all left happy and uninjured.

Hu Tao:"So, Y/N, why were you in there?"

Y/N:"I.. uh.. kind of got pulled off the streets and thrown in there..."

I looked towards Chongyun in a friendly way. Chongyun looked at me and started trying defend himself.

Chongyun:"I- Ah- No, you see, I saw some fighter in you and-"

Xingqiu:"That's enough. I'm sorry for what Chongyun did and I'm glad you didn't end up injured because of him."

Y/N:"Heh, no need! It was fun. We should do this again some time. Hu Tao, how did you get in here?"

Hu Tao:"To be honest, I don't know. I don't like fighting, at all, infact I hate it, but I could sense that you were in danger so of course I had to put you before my dislikes."

I smiled.

We all agreed and started heading back towards the harbour. Hu Tao and Xingqiu went on ahead to talk about poetry, so I decided to ask Chongyun the question I came to ask.

Y/N:"Hey Chongyun, may I ask you something?"

Chongyun seemed mad about Xingqiu being with Hu Tao. He wiped his expression off his face and looked at me.

Chongyun:"Hm?"

Y/N:"What do you think of Hu Tao?"

Chongyun looked down, clearly angry.
