You might have been told that two-in-one patients were a thing you just didn't expect (or really think on the fact) that you would've gotten two people to assess in one visit. But you did. And one of the names seemed familiar in a sense. Not in a really personal way, but just how the nickname looked; it might have been mentioned to you. Probably was mentioned so you wouldn't get killed by this patient. You were a dumbass though so you forgot.

Approach both with extreme caution."Well damn- this should be interesting- that's a fuckton of warnings-" You again scanned over the warnings because there were a lot of words on the page that mainly told you to try not to die. Then you started to think over a strategy to not die. You could do the 'I'm a nice person, I'll be calm and kind to you' route, or you could do the straight to the point method. You didn't know how they would be, but based on the warnings, you would have to do a combination of those methods which didn't help with your already overworked brain trying to come up with a plan. You heaved yourself off the ground and slowly started to the cell. You again passed those two girls that you overheard before, you recalled them talking about some pervert that seemed to be obsessed with symmetry. The tall one was and kept shushing the shorter one and it seemed the shorter one was getting frustrated. You laughed a bit as you turned the corner and then came across another person.
He was staring at the picture on the wall. You took notice that the table underneath the picture had everything lined up with each other— and symmetrical. You saw his hand go to his head, and move his very asymmetrical black and white hair out his face and touched the picture just a little bit so it lined up straight with the table. "S-so that must be the freak obsessed with symmetrical tits-" You muttered under your breath as you slowly but surely crept away from him. You didn't need no comments on your tits or anything else so you just left him be. Waddling you way to the cell, you found that you would have to go through the hallway which you usually take to get to your ward and take a right because the hall that you usually managed ended and after looking at a map, you found that the hallway continued on the other side of the wall which was strange. You complied with this strangeness though, and watched and dodged like you always did. For some reason you found humor in these poor inmate's situations. You couldn't help but giggle a bit at their futile attempts to try to escape and you laughed a bit harder when you saw doctors come out terrified and barely alive. They also seemed like new doctors, so you really couldn't laugh but it was funny to you. Psychopath.
Anyways, you took that right and went through another pair of double doors, and you saw the thick heavy metal door just behind the corner. You wondered why these twos cell were so far away from all the others in your ward, and why a whole solid wall separated them. But it wasn't a thought to think on for very long because you suddenly found yourself already at the end of the hall and about to open the standard metal door holding your maybe slightly more unstable patients. You did proceed to open it, and now in front of you were two blonde males, one seemingly super tall and the other on the short side. The shorter one was pacing the room in a more playful way while the taller man was lying down on one of the beds. Though when you stepped into the room both of their gazes, either bored and wanting something to do, or something more annoyed with everything at the moment turned to you.
