-unexpected friendship-

Who have thought that it has been two years Ciel stayed Boston studying trying to forget her soulmate. She indulged herself in her studies, not even caring, whether it is the holiday or not. Her parents never visited her and she is okay with it. They did a couple of video calls throughout the years.

Rue has been her great friend so far but when Rue went back to her family, Ciel doesn’t mind living alone. Rue never stopped calling her, though because she doesn’t want Ciel to be lonely. After a few months of living together, Ciel opened up to her about her story. Rue was a good friend; she never judged Ciel nor Billie. She told Ciel this is a life experience, everyone has their reasons and when we get older one day, we will know its reasons.

When Ciel was alone, she spends most of her time in the Library. Throughout her time there, she always saw this one woman with a long black wavy hair. She looked Korean and she is very quiet studying. Ciel knows some of that girl’s classes are with her but she could not care more than it should be. That is not until Rue saw her, Rue cannot take her mind away from the lady’s heart shape lips.

They got a class in the morning today so Ciel is ready to go. Her cats were sleeping not caring about the world. Sometimes Ciel wonders how can her cats be luckier than she is.

“Ciel-yahhh! Breakfast ready! Come and eat with me! I got Bacon!!” Ciel just smiled looking at Rue. She knows Rue can never leave her food. She hates Avocado though. Not forgetting Mango. Ciel took a sit on the bar table and started eating with Rue.

“Ciel!! Do you think the girl will be in our class?” Ciel nods because Ciel got her sources. She even knows what the owner’s name is.

“She will and her name is Jules Kim. From Korea like how she looks like. Her sexuality is still a mystery but you can always try. Don’t go crying on me if she’s straight… Hahaha.. I was with a bisexual girl and it already hurt me like hell…” Ciel is getting better with her feelings. She tends to accept that Billie was not hers. Feelings. She tends to accept that Billie was not hers.

“OMG!! Her name is as beautiful as her! Rue shall try! HAHAHA!” Ciel laughs at her new best friend and her future COO.

Both of them were walking around the Patk when Rue heard someone was sniffing on one of the bench. “Ciel, wait… someone is sniffing over there… Let’s go and check it out.” Ciel doesn’t like to meddle in people’s business but because Rue wanted too, she followed afraid it would trouble.

Ciel would never think twice to help her friend. Throughout her years, she never stops practising her boxing classes.

Ciel just nodded and followed Rue into the Park. Upon walking, they both saw Jules, sniffing slowly as if like she was crying. Rue cannot bear seeing someone crying. Ciel remembers when she cried, telling her stories and Rue cried louder than her. Rue even cooked so many things so that Ciel will eat and not crying anymore. The funny part is that Rue was crying while cooking and it is still delicious.

“Hey, why are you crying?” Rue asked and the woman blushed because she didn’t think someone would hear her.

“Erm… it’s nothing… I’m okay…” Rue holds her hand and look at her in her eyes making her blush again.

“Hey… you’re Jules Kim right? You’re in our class? Right Ciel?” Ciel nods, agreeing.

“You know me?” Jules asked.

“Yes, of course… I always saw you in the Library when there’s semester break. And why don’t you go back to your hometown…” Jules begins to cry again making Rue sat beside her and side hugging her. Ciel knows Rue secretly having fun with the gesture.
