"Well, hello pretty lady" spoke a voice behind her. She retracted her claws.

"Well fuck off" she spoke, her mood sour. She looked up to see multiple men, vampires by the scent.

One vampire stepped forward, grabbing her arm. She threw up her palm, shocking him with her magic.

And then she ran like hell.

The men followed her through an alley as they cornered her. Evelyn resting her hand onto the wall, her claws elongating as she flashed her fangs to them.

With each kick, she used her claws to tear their faces, ensuring to put her poison in them. Blood spattered the streets.

Evelyn was sure how many she killed or let alone hurt, all she knew was the desire to protect herself whether that be from vampires or just men in general.

After she was done, all she could smell was blood. Hot, sticky blood seeping though her clothes and her hands. She tried wiping it on her clothes but it wouldn't come off.

"Fuck" she yelled out in anger. This day had be the worst of all the days she had. She picked up a dismembered arm and tossed it aside at the pile.

How was she supposed to get rid of this? She thought.

She thought on how her night had been, first waking up in unfamiliar surroundings then to her psychopath of a husband Hector then some more killings.

Then she gets killed.

Then she gets kidnapped by some witch, demanding her to induce some vision.

And now this situation with these dead vampires.

She looked at the bodies, hoping to figure out what to do with them. Using her lightning to burn them would be inefficient - it would draw too much attention if there was a fire.

And moving them was too much a hassle as her energy levels weren't quite there.

But the only option was leaving them in the dark alleyway. She rolled a body onto its back, heaving the jacket off of him and onto her.

Hopefully this will cover the blood more efficiently.

She moved through the crowd, the sky dark as she wondered the streets aimlessly.

As she walked aimlessly down the street, a voice yelled out, fear latched in, "Somebody help!"

She stopped, listening more. It was a woman.

"Please" she yelled in fear.

She heard a scuffle m, another voice, "No one here to help you, girlie"

"Please, just take my money" she pleaded with her attacker. He did not listen.

He spoke, his voice hard and gravelly, "Oh, I'm not here to rob you" she heard something, a click. "Take off your panties and open wide"

Evelyn listened to the sounds of the man, helping them to guide her to find the woman. After sprinting to find her, she found her struggling on the floor, the man on top of her.

"She said no" spoke Evelyn, rage fuelling out of her.

He turned around, sparing her a look, "Oh good another one for me" he gave a wicked smile to her.

She saw him rip the panties off of her, licking his lips. The woman was still struggling, clawing his face like an animal.

With a blink of an eye, she was next to him, gripping his hand as she felt the bones crunch under her weight. He let out a loud scream, pain engulfing his entire body.

She pushed him at the side, slamming her feet into his groin as she heard a sickening crunch. She let out a smile as she spoke, "Do you like it now, sweetie?" a condescending tone in her voice.

And with that, she grabbed his neck, twisting it to the side and ripping it off his body, instantly killing him. His lifeless body fell to the ground.

The woman next to her looked at her, tears in her eyes, her eyes trained on the horror in front of her.

Evelyn looked at her, sympathy radiating off of her, "It's okay" she spoke gently.

"Oh God" she wailed out in anger, in pain, in the fact that this happened to her.

She stepped closer to her, holding out her hand for her to take, "I can take the memory away. Wipe it all away if you want"

She blinked back her tears, wiping them away. She gave a nod signalling Evelyn to do it.

Evelyn grabbed the sides of her head, going deep inside her mind. She took this encounter away, wiping her attacker away from her, all the blood, the anger, the horrific sight that Evelyn did tonight was erased. With one final pulse of her power, she wiped Evelyn away from her memory.

The hybrid stumbled away from the woman, clutching the ground as she tried to steady herself. She felt her eyes close due to the strain she did. Taking someone's memory was the difficult thing she did. It always put a strain on her, no matter what.

She grabbed the woman, gently holding her arm, "It's alright, darling. You just had a little fall" she helped her up, guiding her back onto the street to safety.

She looked at the woman walking away from her. She tried to convince herself that she will be alright but a voice at the back of her head told her otherwise.

Stepping into the shadows, she teleported from each street to street, ensuring that the woman was safe. As she made herself home and locked the door did Evelyn let out a breath of relief.

She wiped the sweat off her face, her chest rising as she looked at the door.

She was fine.

Now for the other problem.

Remembering the alleyway she previously was in, she teleported herself there. She scrunched her nose in disgust, the blood encasing her nostrils, the body already start to rot.

She put her hips on her hand, already concocting a plan in her head.

Unfortunately for her, she heard a click, a voice loudly speaking, "Hand on your head!"
