Ever since her latest vision about the mysterious man, Evelyn had non-stop drawn him in her sketchbook to the point where Cami had insisted that she brought her more.Following Cassie's instructions, Evelyn had muddled her way into the human's mind, quickly befriending her to let her stay at her small house (she thinks it's called an apartment but Evelyn wasn't sure)
Upon arriving in Cami's apartment, Evelyn had snuck out at least three times to meet her sister, Cassie to which she told her everything to how many husbands she had to how many children she currently has. But all Evelyn wanted to know about was where her little girl was.
All she remembered was Raven. A small girl with a blinding smile, burdened with too much power. Now in a blink of an eye - all grown.
Evelyn also couldn't stop thinking about her father - sometimes crying in the night for him and what eventually was known as the War of the Five Wolves. Sometimes she cried for the brother she lost and the brother she still has - Leander, always a damn fool.
And sometimes she cried for her body.
She sometimes stood there in the dark, clothes fully tossed to the floor, as she surveyed her body in front of the mirror. She'd shed tears for how her body looked like, how different it looked it.
Ever since she had Raven, she'd train almost everyday in fear her enemies may find her, Rowan and Raven. Which is why her body was perfectly lean and sculpted.
But that was of the past.
She was now in the present, with half her memories. And this was not the body she was accustomed to seeing.
First of all, her body had aged. Very much.
Scars littered every part of her body, to her chest all the way to her legs. Her stomach was much bigger, much plumper than before. Like it had been through a lot.
She touched it, feeling the bounce of it, trailing her hands onto the scars and stretch marks littered below it. She had a bit of rolls on her stomach.
She then noticed her breasts were bigger than before. She touched them, holding them in her hands, mirroring it in the mirror as she watched it bounce up and down.
The next thing she noticed was the tattoos that littered around her body. She first noticed the marking under her underboob. She lifted it slightly to read it wolf mother
The next ones she noticed was letters on her left elbow, R, T, C, M, S, F, F, O it read in cursive writing.
She opened her right arm, seeing the flash of colour on her inner elbow - a rainbow flag. She wondered what it meant to actually put it on her body.
The word Medusa written on her stomach. Lysandra written below her belly button.
She trailed a finger up towards her stomach, finding words that had little meaning to her. The Shadow Society Crest lay on her rib cage.
She trailed upwards, seeing the letters HB sprawled onto the middle of her chest. She moved to her collarbones, the right Amadeus was written and the left Rowan. She lightly touched the left one, her heart twisting in pain.
She moved to her neck, seeing a bite mark tattooed there. Fangs, she noticed. Vampire? Werewolf? She couldn't make it out.
Her attention turned towards her hand, seeing a heart tattooed on her finger, with the words Lottie written in there.
She turned around, angling her head so she could see her back in the mirror.
In the top middle of her back, the word Niklaus was written on there.
