Lisa was walking across the operation hall in the hospital. Taehyung have been taken in for a surgery and till then she couldn't keep her calm.
Soon after he got shot, Jimin came and took him to the hospital before anything bad could happen.
"He will be fine, Lisa. Don't be tensed." Jimin, who was watching her walking here and there, spoke.
"It's all because of me. He is like this because of me. If I didn't run away, then he would be safe and fine. It's all my fault." Lisa spoke and sat on the chair, crying her heart out.
Jimin came and sat beside her, "It's not because of you, Lis. Stop blaming yourself. He is fine. Nothing's gonna happen to him." Jimin tried to console her.
"Still it's because of me. He tried to kill himself only because he can save me." Lisa bit her lower lip and looked down, "I still love him, Jimin. I want him to be with me. I can't lose him like this. I don't want to let him go." She broke down. More tears started flowing from her eyes.
"He is not going anywhere. He will be with you, Lisa. After the surgery, he will be fine. Don't worry." Jimin didn't know what to do at that moment, so he called Chaeyoung and told her everything. She said she will be there soon.
"I love him, Jimin. Why did he cheat on me if he still loves me? We would be very happy together, right? Why did he do it?" Lisa cried remembering those painful memories.
Jimin sighed. He wanted to tell her but he promised to Taehyung that he will not tell anything to Lisa. But today he wanted her to know everything, "He didn't actually cheated on you, Lisa." He said while Lisa looked at him in confusion, "You remember Chanyeol? Your ex best friend? It was all his plan." He stopped. Lisa remembered him. She remembered how he tried to molest her and she cutted all her ties with him.
"That night, Taehyung arranged a date for both of you. He prepared everything and waited for you to come. But you didn't come and he kept waiting him." Jimin stopped. Lisa remembered that day, when she informed Taehyung that she was going out and he told her to return before the night and he has a surprise for her.
Jimin continued, "The next day, he was very mad at you for keeping him waiting. To increase his anger, someone send him multiple photos of you smiling with Chanyeol and you both kissing each other. He was broken to know that you cheated on him." Lisa felt guilty hearing each word Jimin said.
"But he was not ready to believe those photos. He trusted you. So he came to your house and before he could come in, he saw Chanyeol entering inside. He became suspicious and peeked through the window. And with his own eyes, he saw you and him kissing. That was enough for him to believe that you cheated." Jimin finished. She really felt guilty now for blaming Taehyung.
"But that is not completely true." Lisa spoke, "It's true that I went to Chanyeol's house because he wanted to tell me something serious. So I went there and he confessed that he likes me and kissed me. But I didn't kiss him back. I pushed him away and went to my home. And the next day, he came to apologise for everything. But he again kissed me but I slapped him and cut all the ties with him. Taehyung must have seen him kissing me and not the rest." Lisa said.
"And I wanted to tell all those things to Taehyung and I went to him. But what I saw was Taehyung talking with some other girl and they were talking how they made fool of me. I heard him saying that he cheated on me with that girl. When he saw me standing there, he insulted me with words. Then I had no reason to stay there. I left from there." She completed. Jimin nodded hearing the things he never knew.
"That was not any girl. It was his elder sister, Kim Jisoo. He told her to act like that because he didn't wanted you to be happy seeing him broken. That was all an act. About the words he said was out of his anger and pain. He was hurt to know that the person he loved the most cheated on him. We can't blame anyone in this case. It was all a misunderstanding." Jimin spoke.
"But, after you left, there was not a girl in his life. He still loves you. I have seen him crying multiple times because he missed you, Lisa." He continued, "He was finally ready to let you go. But that's when Max threatened him about killing you without knowing that you both broke up. That's why he sent me to protect you. But the things got out of hand. So he brought you to his mansion for your own safety. He wanted to protect you. But seeing you again after a long time, made hime fall for you again. He loves you and you loves him. That's why I am saying this Lisa, you both deserve a second chance." Jimin finished speaking. Lisa sat there without moving. Tears continuously left her eyes.
"I will go and get you something to eat." Jimin walked away from there.
Lisa didn't know what to do. She sat there, lifelessly, remembering all of their moments..
