Flashback
Lisa was the daughter of the famous policemen in the city. And her mother left her and her father after giving birth to Lisa. And her stepmother took care of her. She was sweet to Lisa and took care of her like her own daughter.
And Taehyung's dad was the biggest Mafia at that time. His mom and dad was so in love with each other. Being the only child, Taehyung was pampered by both of them. Even the guards in their house loved the little boy.
Both the families were happy and leading a dream life. Until one thing happened.
Lisa's father was assigned on a big mission, to kill the Mafia King in Korea which is Taehyung's father. Being an intelligent policemen, he succeeded in destroying the Mafia in Korea by killing Taehyung's dad.
Taehyung was just 6 years at that time. He was very depressed in his loving father's death. His family became very poor since then and his mother went for multiple jobs to give her son a good life. She suffered so much to give her son whatever he wants. Taehyung grow up without knowing the feeling of poverty because his mother never let him. She always provided with the all the stuffs the rich kids have in order to not to make Taehyung feel bad.
But he have seen, how his mother work hard to make him happy. He have seen her cry because she missed her husband.
Few years later his mother died of a heart attack. On that day, he made a promise that he will take revenge on the people who were the reason for his mother's tears.
After he turned 18, he built his own empire and became the Mafia King. After he became enough rich and powerful, he decided to take his revenge. To make his enemies go through the same pain he went through, the pain of losing your loved ones.
On a day, when Lisa came home after college, the news she heard was her father was brutally murdered. Lisa couldn't stand the news and she knew who did this. Of course she knew the enmity between her father and the Kim Family. She immediately guessed that it was Kim Taehyung who murdered her father.

Few month later
Lisa was still saddened by her loving father's death. She couldn't move on from the fact that her father was dead. But she had to be strong for her mother. Her mother was hurting the most. So she tried to support her mentally and financially too.
Her heart held immense hate for Kim Taehyung, the reason for their grief. She hated him from the core of her heart. They have met each other for a few times. From the way he talked to her made her realise how irritating was him.
"You know Lis, that Ria was acting like a whole bitch today. I hate he-" Chaeyoung was walking home with Lisa. She was ranting all way long to divert Lisa's mind from her father's death.
"Are you listening to me, Lis?" Chaeyoung asked when she realised that Lisa's mind was somewhere else.
"What? Yes.." Lisa broke out from her trance and nodded. She looked down and continued walking.
Chaeyoung sighed knowing that her friend was still grieving from her father's death. "Lisa, today Arin have invited both of us to a Masquerade party. Everyone's going there. Let's go too." She said being excited for the party but Lisa didn't show any interest in it.
"I'm not coming, Chae." Lisa said uninterested in the party.
"Come on, Lis. You can't grieve forever. You need to distract your mind and try to focus on being more happy." Lisa felt that Chaeyoung's words were true but she couldn't ignore the emptiness she felt when her father left her and her mother.
Finally she decided to go to the party and distract her mind, "Fine. I will come but don't force me to drink." She said.
"Okay" Chaeyoung smiled happily.

At night, the time Lisa entered the club, her nose was filled with the smell of alcohol and the sweat of people dancing on the floor. She scrunched her nose in disgust and walked to a corner. Everyone was wearing stunning and sexy outfits with masks covering their faces.
"Just one. Drink it Lisa and all of your sadness will fade." Arin said trying to force Lisa to have a drink.
"Don't make her drink, Arin." Chaeyoung said pushing the drink away from them.
"It's just one drink. Nothing will happen. Drink, Lisa." She again forced. Lisa tried to resist but finally she drank one. She felt her throat dry up when the alcohol travelled down her stomach.
"Let's go and dance, Chaeyoung." Arin said and dragged Chaeyoung to the floor leaving Lisa alone, near the bar.
Lisa smiled watching her friends having the best time of their life while sipping her alcohol.
"Hey, beautiful." A man spoke in a raspy voice, sitting beside Lisa.
Lisa turned around and saw a man sitting beside her. Half of his face was covered in a mask. His eyes were staring at her. They were beautiful and mysterious.
"Hey, I think I have seen you somewhere." Lisa said under the influence of alcohol she drank earlier.
"Of course, you have. And you're gonna see me everyday from today onwards." He whispered in her ear.
"What you mean?" Lisa asked laughing it off and ignoring the meaning of what he said.
"Do you wanna dance?" He asked extending his right hand towards her.
"Sure." Lisa smiled and walked with him towards the dance floor.
It's was a calm music and everyone started to slow dance with their partners. The man wrapped his one arm around Lisa's waist, while the other hand held her hand up. The started dancing according to the tune of the music, staring at each other.
"Your eyes...I have seen them somewhere." Lisa spoke, looking at his eyes trying to find the mystery hidden behind it. The man chuckled at her words.
He looked around to see if her friends were watching her. But none of them were there.
And the last thing Lisa saw before collapsing in his arms was a evil smirk plastered on his face.
