Sam X Reader 5

Imagine the Winchesters moving to your town and you became friends with Sam.

You sat down in your first class of the day with your headphones blaring Missing You by All Time Low. You didn't mind it because you sat alone, which you didn't mind and the fact that it was a creative writing class. But today you were not alone, a taller looking guy walked in the class and asked to sit by you. You nodded allowing him, not seeing any harm in it because he was new, or you at least thought since you have not ever seen him around the school. As he sat down you pulled your earbuds out and introduced yourself. "Hi, I'm {Y/N}," You smiled warmly.

"Hello, I am Sam Winchester," he stuttered.

"You new to this school?" You questioned.

"Yeah," he shied away.

"Well, I am sue you are going to make a lot of new friends," you said hopeful.

"Thanks," he said as he looked up at you.

The conversation between you two had bloomed into the beginning of your friendship. And you two had sat next to each other for the rest of the day since you had most of your classes together. "So what are you doing after school today?" You asked.

"I was just going to go to home." He said.

"Oh, well, would you want to go home with me? And like hang out," you muttered.

"Yeah, just let me call my father first," he said pulling his phone out. You kept walking to the direction of your house and stared off into space as he called his father. It was only a little bit till he hung and a smile spread wide across his face.

"So I take that as a yes," you giggled.

"Yup," he beamed.

You guys were silent until you reached the front door of your house, you two walked in. You saw your mom sitting in the living room with a book in her lap as she greeted you two. "Hey mom, this is Sam, he's new." You said gesturing to Sam.

"Hi Sam, I am {Y/N}'s mother, but you can call me Lori if you'd like." She said. Sam had smiled and you went into the kitchen with Sam following close behind. You pulled some snacks out of the cupboard and asked him if he would like anything. He agreed on the snacks you brought out then you went upstairs to your room.

"I will forewarn you that my room is covered in posters." You stated.

"Okay then," he chuckled in disbelief. Then you opened your door, revealing all the posters that hung neatly on your wall. You turned to Sam to see his jaw drop, as you shot him a 'I told ya so' look.

You and Sam were seated on the floor, slowly munching on snacks as you two were talking about all different sorts of things. You finally left comfortable with Sam and to be honest he was the first guy you let break down your walls. It seemed to you that Sam had let you in too and it made you feel happy. "So why did you move here, I mean this place is a dump." You said.

"Dad's job requires us to move a lot," he looked at the ground.

"Sorry I asked, seems kinda personal, But Sam."

"Yeah {Y/N}?"

"I am always here for you, I want you to know that. Okay?"

"Okay, thanks, it means a lot to me."

"You know what this means?""No...What does this mean."

"Time for music," you smiled as you got up to turn music on from your iPod.You turned the song If It Means A Lot To You by A Day To Remember and let the soft music fill the quiet room. Sam gave you a weird look as you quietly sung along to the song. "I like this song, don't judge," you surrendered.

"Okay, why do you like that song?" He asked.

"To me, it is very simple and relatable." You said looking at the ground.

Then you felt warm hands pick your face up right to Sam's gaze. You just sat there looking into his inviting eyes that had enveloped you in a friendly warmth. But then you had looked away because it was getting rather awkward.

You felt tears prick the back of your eyes at the thought that you might actually have a real friend. You never really had any friends that accepted you for who you are. "Hey, don't cry now." He said drying your tears with the sleeves of his plaid flannel.

"I am not crying, my eyes are just sweating." You said.

"Okay, then why are you sweating," he chuckled."I actually have someone who wants to be my friend," you muttered.

"Well {Y/N}, I don't see why someone would not want to be your friend, you are very sweet and caring." He said as he engulfed you in a hug and you hugged him back. Then you broke away as he gazed at your alarm clock sitting on your nightstand.

"I have to get going," he said pained.

"Okay," you said getting up.

You walked him downstairs to the front porch, and you saw a black Chevy Impala parked out in front. You cocked your head as you squinted to see what you thought was Sam's brother sitting in the driver's seat. "So I'll see you tomorrow?" He said scratching the back of his neck.

"Yeah,"you smiled hopefully as you quickly pecked his cheek. You saw Sam blush as you waved goodbye to him, he then walked to the Chevy. You smiled as you heard the car turn on and the headlights flick on. Not to mention you could clearly hear the old rock music blast through the stereo of the old car.

It wasn't long till you saw the car speed out of sight and you felt a part of you was missing.
