Olivia knew how hard that things were. She knew that Max was determined to be part of Esmè's life. She knew that he was her father. And that she couldn't stop him.

She knew that he had rights. She knew that Esmè had a right to know her father. But Olivia knew that part of her didn't trust him. She knew that scared her. And she didn't know what to do.

Olivia looked to her phone and sighed as she saw the messages off of Max and groaned. Olivia knew that she had to find a way to deal with all of this. But she was scared.

Olivia walked into the kitchen and smiled as she saw Rachel.  "Where's dad?" Olivia asked.

Rachel smiled. "He's away on a course. He will be back at the weekend so it's just us. How did you sleep? Esmè sleep okay?" She asked.

"Mum."

"I'm just asking. I know that she's your baby. But you're my baby. I just want to know that you're coping," Rachel said.

Olivia smiled. "I'm okay. I promise."

Olivia got to school and smiled as she saw Madison. "So are you back to work for good?" Olivia asked.

"I am. Tom and I are good. And Penny likes the crèche," Madison said as she looked to her little sister.

Olivia smiled. "Are you happy with Tom?" She asked as she quickly put on her tie.

Madison smiled. "More than ever. I know that you don't fully trust him. I know he's made mistakes. But he loves me and Penny. He wants us to get married," she told her.

Olivia looked to her and smiled. "If he makes you happy. And it's what you want, I will support you. But I don't think that mum will be happy about it all."

Madison looked to her sister and sighed.   "Yeah well mum can do one. I am an adult. If she can't support me and Tom then let her push me away. She's my mum. And if she can't support her child then let her deal with it," she said as she checked her phone real quick.

Olivia looked to her and smiled. "Tom is a good man. He makes you happy. And mum should accept that," she said.

Madison looked to her. She smiled as she pulled her into a hug. "Are you okay? I mean, I know I haven't been the best sister."

Olivia smiled. "No. You're the best."

Olivia walked down the hallway and frowned as she saw Max Tyler. She froze for a moment. Asking herself if she was seeing things.

She walked over to where he was standing. She looked to him. "What the hell are you doing here?" she asked.

Max smirked. "Hello Olivia," he said.

Olivia looked to him. She rolled her eyes. "Cut the crap Max. What are you doing here?" She asked again.

"I'm the new executive head. With the merger. And this way I'm closer to my daughter. You can try and cut me out. But I have rights. And if you don't let me see her, I will ruin your mother. I will take you to court. I will make sure I get custody. And you'll never see her again," Max said.

Olivia looked to him and glared. "Bring it on," Olivia spat. She wasn't going to let Max try and bring her down.
