"Hey, what was that for?" Izuku almost shouted

"Why haven't you eaten anything today?" Aizawa asked in his normal deadpan voice but Izuku could see worry? In his eyes. Why would Aizawa be worried about him, he's just another one of his stupid students and plus nobody ever worries about Izuku. When he was quirkless he was below everyone else and didn't even deserve a second of their time, even now his classmates think that he has a perfect life and that he doesn't need help since he gets extra training from the amazing All Might. So why would his teacher worry for him when he could spend his time helping the students who deserved it and protecting them. Anyway the lie just rolled off Izuku's tongue like it is natural, "I don't know what you're talking about sir, i had a rather large breakfast this morning just like you tell us to on days where we have physical hero training." Izuku could tell from the way Aizawa's lips dipped to a frown that he definitely didn't believe him. Not even did the smallest of bones in his smallest of toes believe him. It was quite sad really since Izuku had been practising that small speech for ages in case it ever came up that someone would actually care about him. Aizawa just gave him a sigh and a shake of the head before walking off. Izuku took this as his queue to go back into the classroom. As he was opening the door however he heard the others talking about him. "I just don't get why All Might would ever want to be around a freak like him"-"I heard that he got his quirk from some powerful villain"-"Deku is just a weak little shit, he didn't even have a quirk a few months ago, he doesn't deserve one"-"guys leave him alone Midoriya is an amazing person and he deserves to be here more than you prejudiced pricks!"-"Shut up, dunce face, deku will always be useless." Izuku was so engaged in what they were saying he didn't even realise that present mic was stood behind him and therefore jumped about five foot when he put his hand on his shoulder and said, "he's right you know, Kaminari I mean, you are an amazing person regardless of when you received her quirk. You shouldn't pay any mind to what people like the others say, only listen to those who care since they're the only ones who truly matter." Izuku didn't know what to say to that, as far as he knew no one cared. So he just asked, "who's that then?" a look of worry and pity crossed present mics face at that so he just replied with, "the people who care are those who you can rely on and trust and would never judge you or the choices you make, myself, Aizawa and Kaminari at school for example and I'm sure your mum cares."

"Sir, can I ask you a personal question please?" Izuku didn't know what came over him when he asked if it just sort of slipped out.

"Of course listener, you can ask me anything." Present Mic said without missing a beat.

"Did anyone you looked up to or loved ever say mean things to you or hit you?"

548 words- look at this two updates this week you should all be proud. sorry that updates are small I'm writing them to have a break in revision. anyway my next update will be in my other story, I hope you enjoyed.
