Chibi Izuku : Hello everyone hope you read chapter 6 of this story and we will be talking about other me. Here is a small clip of what happened last chapter that will relate to the question.
Silence..... that's was all that was heard at that moment before all the crooks dropped one by one. As they did they were already unconscious. The civilians in the bank then stood up one by one before cheering that the crooks somehow fainted and they are now safe.
Chibi Izuku : As you can see here the crooks in the bank has all fallen one by one. Which is strange on how this other me do it. So the question will play out and peace. *disappears*
Q. What is the second user's quirk in this story for Izuku?

Edit : I'm back and 2 people got the answer I'll mention their names for getting it @matserkayn and @Johncenna21 @agentredv3 as such good job for guessing it as it is similar to the quirk made for him.
So the name of the quirk and it's details will be introduced next chapter since I didn't guess for people to know it so quickly. But the world of one piece is can even reach everyone so I can't be surprised
