After Izuku left the apartment, he was jogging across the sidewalk going to a nearby store to buy cat and dog food. He was able to enter the store and bought it with no issues. When he left and jogged back there was a road block in front of him so he went into the alleyway to get there quicker.
What he didn't know is there is someone in a building holding a walkie talkie.
??? : He's gone into the alleyway sir knock him out.
??? : Roger aiming the tranquilizer gun.
We then go a sniper on a far building where he is looking through his scope to look at Izuku running down the alleyway before he shot it. Izuku was running before he felt a sting to the neck.
Izuku : What th- *falls over unconscious*
??? : Got him now be sure to get him so we can bring him to the government.
??? : Roger I'm out
That person then turned off the walkie talkie where they jumped off the building and walked towards the boy. They approached him before picking him up and putting him over her shoulder before leaving.
??? : Sorry but ever since the general saw you through the cameras we can't let you do whatever you want.
Timeskip
Izuku eyes were slowly waking up as he slowly looks around him to see only walls around him. His head was still hazy from going unconscious it took time for him before he fully sees his surroundings. When he fully got his head back in the game he looked to see metal walls all around him. We was about to say something before..
