The next morning, Wai came to Korn's dorm to discuss more about their plan to set up Chang and Safe together.

He definitely didn't come there just to meet his boyfriend.

Yeah..

"So what is our plan?" Wai asked. He was sitting on Korn's bed as the latter was making some food for both of them.

Korn came out of the kitchen, wearing his apron and holding two bowls of tomyum in his hands.

He gave one bowl to Wai while he kept the other one for himself.

"Hm, Chang is more like a homey person. Like, he would prefer having a date in a private place where he can spend his time without worrying about how he looks and dress comfortably," Korn said, eating one spoon of the porridge.

Wai nodded his head, slowly as he processed the information.

"Well, with what you just said, Safe is kind of movie dates with blankets inside a tent person. He says that movies can bring out a person's true personality so yeah. Some deep shit like that," Wai said, munching his food.

"Oh, then we can organise a date for them at The Corner. What do you say?" Korn asked.

Wai nodded, agreeing with Korn. "Yeah, tomorrow is Sunday and most probably, everyone will be busy with their lovers. It is the perfect idea," He said.

"Yeah! That would be great!" Korn said with enthusiasm but that soon faded away as he said his next word, "By the way, did you feel like something was off about Chang yesterday?"

Wai looked at him, perplexed. "No, why are you asking this?" He asked.

"It's just that... Chang kind of acted weirdly yesterday. Usually, he is the first one who would drink till the last bottle but yesterday, he stayed away from alcohol. I don't even remember if he drank or not," Korn said.

Wai was worried, not for Chang but for Korn. Korn looked disturbed and he didn't like that at all.

Wai put his bowl away and cupped Korn's cheeks with his hands. "Baby, I'm sure Chang is okay... If it was something serious, he would have approached you, wouldn't he?" He said.

Korn sighed. "Yeah, you're right. I'm overthinking about him," He said, chuckling softly.

After they had their breakfast, they started to put their plan into action by Wai first calling Safe.

"Yo, what's up?" Safe said from the other side of the phone.

"I set you up for a blind date. Are you up for it?" Wai asked, directly. He didn't want to beat around the bush.

Safe started coughing. He muttered a small 'excuse me' and put down his phone. He drank some water and then went back on the phone.

"A blind date? Seriously? With who?" He asked.

"It wouldn't be a blind date if I tell you who. Just come at The Corner tomorrow and then, you'll see," Wai said.

Not giving Safe an opportunity to talk, he quickly hung up the phone and looked at Korn. "Safe's done. Chang now," He said.

Korn, hesitantly, dialled Chang's number on his phone. He waited for a few seconds before the latter finally picked up.

"Yes, Korn? What now?" Chang asked. His voice sounded like he just woke up.

"Bro, don't be mad or anything but..." Korn started talking with anxiousness.

"But? But what? Did you do something bad? If so, call Pat not me," Chang said, uninterested.

"No, it's not that. I actually set you up for a blind date," Korn said. He quickly put the phone away from his ear before Chang could talk.

"YOU WHAT? IDIOT, WHAT WERE YOU THINKING? OH WAIT–YOU DON'T HAVE ENOUGH BRAINCELLS TO EVEN THINK!" Chang yelled.

Korn felt his life slipping away. Wai was enjoying every moment of this.

"So? Will you come or not–?" Korn asked, carefully.

Chang sighed. "Well, since you already prepared for this, I guess, I might give it a try," He said.

Korn smiled, brightly. "Great! I'll text you the details!" He said and then hung up the phone.

"It's done!"

Safe was the first one to arrive at The Corner. He was given the nearest private spot to the window. After a few minutes, Chang arrived.

"Safe?"

"Chang?"

The two boys stared at each other in shock. They didn't expect that they would have a blind date with each other out of everyone.

"Um, hi.." Safe said, awkwardly. A silence took over them. "You can sit down, you know.."

Chang was startled. He looked at the chair who was across Safe and quickly sat down. "Sorry.. it's just, I didn't expect you to be here," He said.

It's not like they are uncomfortable around each other but this time, they felt awkward.

"If you want, you can leave, you know..." Safe said with hesitation. He was a bit hurt when he said that.

Chang thought for a while before shaking his head. "No.. I think, I'll stay for a while," He said.

Safe nodded without saying another word. He felt happy by Chang's answer but it's not like he has to show it.

Chang took the menu book and started ordering for their food. He figured that Safe, indirectly, told Chang to order for him too so he did that as well.

"Chang," Safe called as soon as the server left with their orders.

"Hm?"

Safe gulped. He felt like his heart was about to jump out of his body. "I... Do you want to like... talk about that night?" He asked.

Chang looked at him, slightly frightened. He didn't expect that question from Safe but he knew that it is time to solve everything between them and talk about their feelings as well.

He nodded. "Yeah... I'd like that," He said. He felt his hands getting sweaty while talking to Safe.

"How do you think their date is going?" Korn asked.

Wai thought for a while. "Eh, maybe some awkwardness? Don't know but I hope it all goes well," He said.

Korn crossed his fingers in hope. "Fingers crossed," He said.

Wai chuckled at Korn's behaviour. God, he loves that boy so much!

"Anyways, we are having a break soon. What are you planning to do?" He asked, feeling interested in Korn's life.

Korn groaned in disapproval. "I'm going back home for holidays. My brother will definitely lecture me about my grades," He said.

Wai laughed at his attitude. "Well, if you spent more time into studying, rather than playing around, you would have scored more marks," He said.

Korn pouted. "Don't be like this! Aou will kill me after looking at my grades," He whined.

"Not my problem. I'm going to have a good time with my family~!" Wai said, teasing his boyfriend.

Korn rolled his eyes as he crossed his arms over his chest. "You're so ruthless," He said.
