It was dark and cold, almost like a typical horror movie area and Kelsey loved anything that was close to horror. Holding Donnie's hand, she pulled him forward, deeper into the wooded area rumored to be haunted by a ghost.

"Kelsey, do we really have to do this?"

Kelsey rolled her brown eyes, enjoying the fear that gripped her heart and the adrenaline that was ready to rush through her veins. "We'll be fine, Donnie. Besides you're a ninja, you can sense danger right?" She didn't give him time to answer as they continued deeper into the forest. "Thats weird, here shouldn't be this many trees here," looking over he shoulders, she noticed that the area they were in was completely gone, covered in darkness.

Donnie followed her gaze and noticed that the path behind them was also gone. "Uh, Kelsey?" He pulled her closer to his person, his entire body on alert. "We should try to go back."

"There is not back, Donnie!" Kelsey felt her heart start to pound. Yeah she had wanted to go out to a scary area that was haunted but the fact that the path behind them was gone, completely gone, no way back, freaked her out.

There was a lone howl that echoed throughout the air, then slowly twisted into a strange snarling sound that kind of reminded Kelsey of The Grudge. Then a foul smell attacked her senses as she started to gag. It was like something was rotting. Without thinking, she looked back toward the path they were heading and was met face to face with the scariest thing she has ever seen.

She let out an ear splitting scream as iron claws shines bright against the moonlight and before Kelsey could even think about moving out of the way, she was pushed down to the ground. When she back she was met with a horrid sight.

Donnie being impaled by the creatures long iron claws. "Donnie!" Tears crawled down her face as she watch the creature pulling its claws out of Donnie's chest and Donnie falling to the ground making a loud THUMP!

"Donnie!" She cried out again, not caring about the creature slowly walking towards her, it's face twisted and distorted as it made its horrid noise, raising its claws so that they shined against the moon once again, except this time, the moon was a deep deep red. Like blood.
