Leo gifts through the vines that grew around the castle. He ignored how the cut at his skin, he had to get to her.
He had to get to Ali.

He ran up the tower, with only on though on his mind. Her.
Her hair, her eyes, her smile, her voice. He needed to hear them again, he couldn't let the witch get her way.

With all his might, he kicked the door down.
She laid on the bed looking peaceful as she slept. Cautiously, he got down on one knee and put her hand in his own.
"Ali, please wake up." With that he kisses her, putting all the love he had into it.
When he pulls away he sees no difference. Dread overwhelmed him and he placed his head beside her, trying not to cry. What he didn't see was her opening her eyes.
The first thing Ali saw was Leo struggling not to cry. "Leo, don't cry." She said her voice sounding slightly hoarse. He immediately lifts his head at the sound of voice. Their eyes met and he threw his arms around her, pulling her into a tight embrace.
"I thought, I thought," he could finish as he buried his face into the crook of her neck.
She rubs his back, trying to comfort him. "I knew you would come," he pulls away looking at her. "I dreamt that you would." With that he kisses her again and this time it wasn't just full of love, but of dreams.
