Chapter 13 The Reveal

"So you two have arrived eh?" Odin said as he walked towards the two of them.

"Careful guys," Artemis said to them, still lying weak on the rooftop, "This guy is really good."

"We'll see," Shogun said as she charged towards Odin.

She raised her crossbow as she charged towards Odin. Reiryoku emerged from her hand and covered her weapon, turning it into a katana with a bluish metal blade, dark blue handguard and a light and navy blue hued handle. She slashed at Odin's arm but he parried it with his spear. Dream followed her attack with a slash from behind but he just thrusted the handle of his spear towards Dream's stomach, pushing him back.

"Go on kids," Odin said as he took a stance, "Come at me."

Shogun charged at Odin in an attempt to slash him but he swung his spear to parry her attack. Dream tried to slash Odin from the side but he saw the attack and kicked Dream before he could land a hit, pushing him back. Shogun then jumped and did a spinning slash as water out of Reiryoku emerged from her katana and formed a water wheel. Odin raised his spear and blocked Shogun's attack but it managed to push him back a little.

"Interesting," Odin said to Shogun.

Dream then tried to do a sneak attack on Odin but due to his sharpened senses and strength, he managed to overpower Shogun and pushed her away and faced Dream. He did a counter-clockwise horizontal slash with his sword but Odin managed to bend back and up again to dodge it. Dream then spun on his right leg while raising his left leg. As he switched and landed on his left leg, he delivered a right roundhouse kick towards Odin but he blocked it with his spear. He then spun on it like a pole and delivered his own roundhouse kick on Dream's head as his mask cracked a little upon impact and he was pushed to the side. Shogun then shot her Reiryoku arrow towards Odin but he dodged it and the arrow created a body of water on the roof upon impact.

"You two kids have good shots too," Odin said as he dodged Dream's shurikens, "But it isn't enough to hit me."

"Oh really?" Shogun said as she raised her arm, "How about this?"

Water appendages then emerged from the body of water and aimed towards Odin but he managed to dodge all of the attacks by sliding, jumping and twirling. He then charged towards Shogun with his spear. She turned her crossbow into her katana again to block his attack. Odin slashed her leg but she managed to parry it. Dream tried to slash Odin from the back again but he thrusted the handle to his face again. Shogun tried to slash Odin at the arm but he blocked it with his spear. He spun his spear and managed to slash Shogun at her thigh and at her torso. She winced at the pain and fell on her knees after a few seconds as water healed her wounds.

"Shogun!" Artemis said as he tried to get up but failed.

"Alright that is it!" Dream said as he raised his sword, summoned his giant clock and pointed it to the first number, "Aleph."

After the crimson smoke went into his sword as it's imbued by its power, he made a little cut wound on his arm and he moved so fast towards Odin that he looked like teleporting. But Odin, being extremely perceptive, managed to see his attack and kicked Dream when he appeared, pushing him back. Dream then pulled out multiple shurikens and imbued them with the 8th number Zayin. He threw them towards Odin but he dodged them, Dream then suddenly appeared next to Odin and prepared to slash him in the stomach. But he just spun his spear and hit him in the chin hard with its handle, sending him flying up. Odin then flew up and delivered a kick to the chin, sending him to fly higher. He then followed up with a powerful spinning axe kick to his face and shattered his mask, sending him plummeting to the rooftop and creating a quite large crater on the rooftop.
