Summary - you're not fond of Frank and neither is he of you after he almost gave up Mary  - atleast THAT'S what you tell yourselves.

You haven't spoken to Frank since 2 weeks. Since he gave up Mary to a couple. Sure , he got her back later , but the fact that he thought he was doing something right pissed you off .

How could he even think that was the right thing to do ?
You were happy he got her back , but you still didn't see eye to eye with him.

You've met Mary and Roberta sneakily whenever Frank was out of the picture.
Roberta understood your reason for being angry - because she was too .
She's a bit sweeter on him though.

"Do you plan on talking to him baby?"
Roberta asked you giving you a bottle of water to go . You were headed to the dockyard - to try and do something fun.
It was usually you , Frank and Mary that went , but you decided not today.

"Can you bring me jellybeans when you come back ? Pleeeeeeaase?"
Mary asked giving the best puppy eyes. Sighing, you agreed as she settled in front of Roberta's T.V , to watch Ice Age .

"Have you got my glasses kiddo?"
"Uhm- they're in my room i think - here take the keys ."
Mary dangled the keys in her hand as you dipped your head down .
You looked at Roberta who nodded 'no'

"I didn't even ask !?"
"You were about to . Now go , get your glasses , hopefully he's not there ."
Hopefully. You snickered. It's a Saturday for Christ's sake . Obviously he will be there .

You walked to his front door and instead of knocking, you took a deep breath and unlocked the door.

"Please don't be awake ."
You shut the door behind you trying not to make a noise .
Making your way to Mary's room , you heard the shower run.

Oh . He was in the shower.
No - don't think about it - no no no -
You were too late - because all you could think about was how it feel like to join him. Bad luck though. Cause you won't tell him about your massive woman- boner you get everytime he smiles at you .

Not that you knew - but Frank fell in love - head over heels for you when he saw you babying Mary . He even had thoughts about expanding his family - if you were okay with it of course.

"Mary!? Goddamn where did you put my glasses -"
"What are you doing here ? "
Well fuck.
Sighing you turned around from Mary's desk .

Shit . You cursed . You should have stayed turned around. With a towel draped around his waist and droplets of shower water glistening on his body, Frank stood there with his hands on his hips and a smirk on his face .

"Me ? I'm uh- uhm- I -"
You cleared your throat.
"My shades . Mary took em last week- i need them. "
"You going fishing?"
He tried to walk towards you but you stumbled back the second he took a step forward.

"None of your business. Now where are they ?"
You tried to maintain your composure, but he played his all time trick again . Just like Mary did for jellybeans.

Those damned puppy dog eyes.

"JESUS- stop with the eyes and tell me what you wanna say !"
He chuckled walking towards you confidently this time , backing you up lightly onto Mary's pink desk .

"I may have been an idiot- but I've realised I made a mistake- "
"An idiot. That's for sure."
"Y/n. "
"wHAt!?"

He sighed resting his forehead against yours.  Good god- he was making it more difficult for you to stop thinking about your feelings for him.

"I'm not gonna pull some shit like that again. I promise. Truce ?"
He smiled overly happy- holding his pinky finger up .
Rolling your eyes - you connected yours with his .
It was kind of a Mary and you thing.
Well - guess now it's for you and Frank too .

"Cut the sappy shit too . PlEase ."
"Hey uh -"
Frank circled his hands around your waist.
"Your hands are on my waist."
"Hmmm. Are they . Didn't notice ."
You audibly groaned - god was really testing how patient you can be .

"You look beautiful."
"Gee- thanks Frankie-"
Frank didn't waste another second to kiss you .
Cradling your face , he connected his lips to yours , gently .

"Woah ."
You breathed out gulping .
"FRANK - I HOPE THIS ISN'T A JOKE PLEASE-"
And Frank shut you up - yet again.
Melting under his touch , you threw your hands over his shoulder, one circling around to his wet hair.

"We're going fishing. Just you and me . You okay with that?"
"Mhm . Yes please- still need my shades though."
"Oh - they're mine now . I'll get you new ones ."
"FRANK ADLER- YOU LITTLE-"

He shut you up again. You were definitely going to get used to this way quickly than you can think.
