Chapter 2 - A new friend

Sanshi's POV --------------------------

The bell had rung and we had to go our separate ways to class, class was boring as usual.

------- after school

I was standing next to the main doors of the school waiting for Toyomitsu, once again, not sure of my interest in him

"Heya darlin!" Toyomitsu says walking over with who i assume is his friend, or girlfriend, just the thought of that makes me unreasonably mad for reasons i'm unsure of. "Heya big guy!" I respond "whos this?" I ask, "ah, this is my friend, Usagiyama Rumi, Rumi, this is Ikaru Sanshi" He introduces us to one another "sup." I say looking at her, she's quite short. "So, darlin, huh?" She inquires elbowing his side looking smugly up at him "y-yea" he chuckles "She calls me big guy so i needed a nickname for her and that came to mind first!" He responds with a slight blush, "y'know if you think it's too much you can change it, i told ya to call me anything." I say to Toyomitsu who is blushing quite a bit more at that statement "i-i know! I just think it suits you!" He defends as me and Rumi laugh in response to his antics. "I can only assume you're also a first year Rumi?" I start "yep! You?" She answers "third year." I respond. "Whah~" she gasps, "you got to know a third year the day we got here, Tai?" She questions the large man. "Yep! Cool isn't it!" He replies. "Too cool." She pouts. "So are you two a thing? Or?" I inquire, once again unsure as to why i'm so damn upset.

Rumi bursts out laughing, hysterically, "THAT HAS GOT TO BE THE BEST THING I'VE HEARD TODAY!" She exclaims. "Darlin..." Toyomitsu stars, holding back laughter. "She's lesbian..." he finishes with a chuckle.

"..."

"Pardon me then, carrots~" i said almost seductively, Rumi is instantly a blushing mess, "shudup." She pouts. "Hahah, i'm just messin', we all gunna leave the building or not?" I respond. "We probably should!" Toyomitsu states, "which way y'all headed?" I ask the two, "train station! We live close to eachother." Rumi exclaims, "ah, so am i, i live downtown." I state, putting my arms behind my head. "I don't mean to sound rude -or go that far off topic-, but why are you wearing a mask?" Rumi asks, "don't like the way my face looks, simple." I respond, "but you seemed pretty confident up on the roof there darlin." Toyomitsu adds, "that's cause nobody is up there usually." I respond again, he hums in response. "Y'all were on the roof?" Rumi asks, "yeah! We had lunch together!" Toyomitsu exclaims. "So that's where you were!" Rumi adds, "i invited him up cause i honestly didn't think he had friends considering how my bitch of a classmate -who's usually pretty neutral- was picking on him." I state bluntly, "makes sense darlin" he adds, adding a nervous laugh after. "That sounded kinda rude don't ya think?" Rumi asks me, "It probably did. But i'm a blunt person. Deal with it." I respond

At the station ----------------------------

We all got on the train and sat together, Rumi and Toyomitsu talking about class, i started to feel more tired than i already was, so i closed my eyes seeing as my stop isn't for another 30 minutes

Taishiro's POV -----------------------------

I was talking with Rumi about random school things when i felt a slight weight on my shoulder

"Hm?" I hum looking over to my right and saw Ikaru sleeping, she looked so comfortable, and kinda cute.

I heard a snicker from my left, turning my head, careful not to wake Ikaru, i give Rumi a death stare "don't you dare say shit." I whisper threateningly, "ok, i won't!" She states with her arms raised, "you better not."
