I don't remember anything else but I woke up in my bed like any other day and I saw Matias laying on the floor. Why didn't he just sleep on my bed with me? My bed was big enough for a dude like him and me to sleep on the same bed with some space in the middle. He woke up and stood straight up. I gave him a confused look. He continued walking like he had waken up two hours ago. I checked my phone and it was Monday. I ran to my bathroom and washed my face, threw some clothes on and rushed down stairs. Matias was sitting there with a smug look on his face.
"What's that look for? We are gong to be late."
"Late for what," He asked with that same smug look. "We already missed practice."
"Um. No, you're the one who missed practice, not me. There is only one good field you know!," I said as I flicked him on the forehead. "Now go back home and get dressed, you will be out side of my house at seven thirty five."
"Well see about that," he said with a smirk.
I cooked some waffles and waited for what felt like forever until it was seven thirty three and I went out of my door and saw Matias standing there.
"Wow, you're actually smart enough to read a clock," I said.
"I know, pretty surprising considering there is not a clock out here," He smirked.
I glared at him, grasped his hand and dragged him to school. I know that he knows what I meant about the clock but I was still irritated. School went on as usual with the occasional fights and drama. But something was different about today, it was the day that the women's soccer team had the opportunity to play the mens soccer team. I had totally forgotten about this. I was going to play against Matias!
