[BACK IN THE PRACTICE ROOM]

Zeren didn't even mind questioning Mel about what the hell was going on in the other practise room, so the two just practised as usual. As soon as the clock reached 10pm, Serena was ready to leave and finally go to sleep. She started packing her things, but noticed that Mel was still practising.

S:"Are you staying late again?", she asked her friend

M:"It's only the second day, so I'm not sick of it yet, might as well practise a bit longer", Mel answered, audibly out of breath

S:"You sure? You could just do it every second day or something..", she said in a slightly concerned tone

M:"Yeah, I'm definitely staying, I noticed a few weaknesses that shine through in this song and I'd rather be a bit ahead than try to learn it all at once a day before the exam", the girl responded, still obviously out of breath

Knowing how stubborn her friend was, Serena didn't even bother trying to convince her to go home. She left the building tired and hungry from all the dancing, but now that Mel wasn't with her she couldn't even stop by her favourite Ramyeon place out of cultural reasons. She grabbed a hotdog at the nearest hotdog-stand and went back to the bus-station, where she took the bus home.

S:"Bet she only stays overtime to have late-night dates with Jeongin", she muttered to herself

[10:23PM]

Still dancing her ass off, Mel suddenly heard a loud knock on the door. Thinking it was Serena, who'd forgotten her phone again, she got up to open it, but was surprised to see Jeongin standing there, with the other guys that were in on the plan right behind him. She was a bit startled, not having expected them at the door this late.

M:"Oh, uh, hi?", she greeted them with a facial expression that was a mix of confusion and tiredness

J:"See guys, I told you she'd still be here, do you mind if we come over for a bit?", he asked, using his filled-with-hope puppy eyes

M:"Sure you can stay, I'm assuming you've  got some ideas for our plan since you brought half your team", she spoke, while turning off the music she was dancing to

J:"Yup, we've got something I think will work well", he announced with a bright smile

M:"Alright, then go on", she sat down next to him, leaning her head on his shoulder, earning some stares from the other members, "Oh wow, your shoulders still haven't gotten any wider"

J:"Oh shut up I'm still taller than you, anyway, the plan is simple. Since they don't even really know each other yet we have to take it slow, so how about our teams start practising together? And you know maybe when your friend needs help with something our experienced and social leader could jump in yk and we could kind of try to make them interact with each other "coincidentally" and then bam love"

M:"Sounds plausible, starting tomorrow?"

J:"If possible, yes"

M:"Did you ask the other members?"

J:"I did, they're fine with it. They said we'd all practice in our room cause it's bigger"

M:"Alright, then we're all set"

J:"Yup, I've also thought of the other plan already"

M:"Huh, what other plan?"

J:*smirking maliciously*

M:"OH SHUT UP YOU NUT"

*Hyunjin raises his hand*

H:"Uhh guys..I've got a question"
