Chapter 8

Ari's Pov: I can't wait to go to school tomorrow. I'm also kind of nervous,because Lucas might be there. I really hope that there's no uniform at this school. Hopefully before this weekend ends Lucas will have a better attitude towards me. I still don't know why dad never told him about me. When I think about Lucas four things pop into my mind. Hot,snobby,related,and attitudinal. Mainly attitudinal. I just have to take my mind off of him.
Omigosh! I forgot to pick out an outfit for school! I really hope that I have something nice to wear. It took me 3 hours to find something. I chose a white ruffle dress with a blue sweater. Maybe this will make me look mature and sophisticated. Someone might even notice me. I'm still kind of upset that Lucas didn't like the skateboard that I bought him. He didn't know how hard it was getting that signed when you lived in California. He might learn to appreciate it once we get to know each other better. He might even apologize to me. It really wasn't my fault that dad lied to him about me. I know everything about him,but he barely knows me. Dad just texted me though. A lump of disappointment went down my throat.
Your brother is gonna give you a ride to school tomorrow. Try to hear him out. It's not you or his fault. It's mine entirely and I apologize for keeping secrets from you both. Please learn to forgive your brother.
