song; come back to earth by mac miller.
in which; he helped, her on her bad days.she was so beautiful, even when she cried.
the tears rolling so silently down her porcelain cheeks, while being reflected in the moonlight, made mike speechless.
he hated seeing her like this, however, he still saw her as the most precious creature no matter what condition she was in. but he couldn't focus on her beauty right now when she needed him the most.
he didn't think he'd see her so broken that night.
he'd just put holly to bed since his parents were out of town, and nancy was with jonathan. so he was the one taking care of the house and his sister.
it was not even that late. the beginning of june had an effect on the weather, and how the sun took its time to go down.
he could see the golden shine in the horizon, and the moon on the other side that had risen.
he didn't really think that he was gonna have company, or have to see the shocking picture of his girlfriend crying in his arms that night.
but he'd always be there for her.
he had just plopped himself on his bed, only wearing his night shorts and an oversized t-shirt el had just given him back.
it still carried her scent.
sooner or later it would carry her tears too.
he just turned off his night lamp, when he heard a small tap on his window, and frowned his eyes in concern when he saw her shattered state.
in one large move, he jumped over to open the window and help her get in, with both arms around her waist.
it was first when she got close enough in his arms, that he could sense how much she was actually shaking, or how pale her face had turned.
her blank teary eyes that made him feel like he was about to cry too, burned into his soul. "el."
no real words left her mouth. it was more a mix between the way she sniffed into his shirt and the small whimpers that escaped.
it was like she weren't there. like the wind had drawn her to him because she wasn't in her usual presence. her mind where somewhere, behind does broken eyes. but her spirit tried to stay grounded, because of him.
he picked her up in one move and placed them both on his bed.
it was like she were paralyzed.
but why?
his arms shielded around her, as he kissed her tears away. "im here, love. you're not going through this alone."
she continued to silently cry into the warmth of his body. her drooped frame was so exhausted from being overwhelmed with sadness, that she started shaking even more outwardly, as she felt his arms nudge her closer to him.
without letting her go, he bend down to grab a blanket on his chair, with one arm. so he could gently twirl it around her little frame.
