S Y N O P S I S
Jake decided to live on his own when he began 11th grade. Due to financial problems, he rented an old boarding house few blocks away from his school since it's the cheapest among the others.
Unfortunately, Jake discovers that the room he rented was haunted and met a ghost, a sixteen-year old girl who commited suicide seven years ago according to such rumors.
Being territorial, she wants him to leave the place so she could be at her peace but Jake can't afford to give up the cheap room.
As a result, they found themselves forced to live together as they try to settle who ends up with the room.
