Dear Luca,
Can you believe we started high school a week ago? I told my mom about writing you emails since it seems reliable for now. She said hi!
Oh Luca, I'm scared to be by myself. We have always been by each other's side since I could rememebr. However, kindergarten doesn't count, I knew you were going to mention it. I know I ran away and towards the other kids but I promise, it was the toys they were playing with.
People have been asking where you are. I wonder the same thing, but I lied. I said that you are exploring the world with your parents like you promised me.
Everything seems so weird now that you are gone. OH! I made a new friend, his name is Dillon. I have a feeling you guys would have gotten along right away. He likes Mario Kart, just like you. He listens to pop-rock, your favorite genre. We became friends in pre-calculus, I told him one of my dad jokes. I'm surprised he didn't run away or avoided me after. In a way, his personality reminds me of you, but he will never replace you. Have you met new people yet? DON'T FORGET ABOUT ME!!!!
This semester I'm taking seven classes! British literature, pre-calculus, American history, biology, German, physical education, and dance. As we both know, math is not my strongest subject but so far pre-calculus is easy. Like I said before, Dillon and I have pre-calculus together, as well as biology and German. What classes are you taking? How are you feeling about them?
These next four years are going to be interesting. Hopefully I have an idea of what I want to do in college and where to apply. I've been thinking about Computer Science but I'm still exploring. I know you had interested in it, I gained interested after hearing you blabbling about it in middle school. However, I am also interested in international business or criminal justice. I'll leave future me to decide what I am passionate about. What have you been thinking about doing for the future? Will you return to North Carolina? Please say yes!
