I throw clothes into the basket.
"Terror and heroism at the state fair passengers trapped in a carnival ride gone haywire our own Marcy Henderson got a few words with Evan 'Buck' Buckley that hero firefighter who risked his life climbing the broken ride" I go to leave when I hear his voice.
"I reached out to pull him out the car" "Buck" I walk back inside.
"He wouldn't give me his hand I don't know what happened I- I don't know why he would do that" he says confused and kind of heartbroken.
"He's responsible for saving 4 lives in the ride" "owe" I hear Lee call.
"LEE LEE" I yell.
I go into her room. "LEE LEE OPEN THE DOOR" I shout. "Go away" "Riley open the door" I ask softly.
"Leave me alone" "Riley you can't not take your meds baby come out" I beg.
The doorbell rings. I walk over to the door. "Is everything alright" "she locked herself in her room and she won't come out" i explain.
"Except the front one you got to lock that from the outside" "haven't really had a chance to Bipolar proof the apartment" I ramble.
"It's okay my husbands a handyman we'll handle it let's get this door open first okay" she states. "Riley hi my name is Carla Price it's nice to meet you sweetie I need you to unlock the door" "goooo" she whines.
I exhale.
"Do you have a dull knife" I go to my kitchen and check the silverware. I take one and come back.
She takes it sticks it in the lock and turns. It unlocks.
I walk in and sit next to her. I pull her into my chest. "Lee you can't do that" I state. "I got her go to work" I look at her. "Be safe baby I'll be back"
I walk out to work.
"911 what's your emergency" "I need help I'm being attacked in my house GET BACK GET BACK" I can't hear well.
"Sir I can barley hear you over your dogs can you quiet them down" I ask. "No no I'm being attacked by devil dogs"
I sit on the coach looking at the TV. "She's down she should be out for a while" "thank god I'm a bad mom for saying that" I mutter. "You're a good mother because you take care of her not because of how you feel about it sometimes" "you want a glass of wine" I offer.
"I do" I chuckle. "You earned it go get yourself a glass in the kitchen" "my husband and I are in a fight so I can't go home until he moves from the 'i never want to see her again' feeling to the 'oh no did I go to far is she ever coming back I've gotta treat her right when she comes home' feeling" I laugh.
"So wheres her dad" "I don't know he left after he found out I was pregnant well more like cheated on me with my best friend 3 months into the pregnancy" I explain flatly.
"And she keeps calling out for him which sucks because he's never coming" I sigh. "I mean what guy wants a 25 year old with a 10 year old daughter they'll think I'm a slut" I state.
We look at the TV. "With firemen Evan 'Buck' Buckley who people are calling the County Fair Spider-Man" "damn he's famous" I state.
"You know that big hunk of man meat" I down my drink. "I was just doing my job I'm happy we were able to help the people we helped and I'm-im really sorry about those we-we couldnt save" he says sincerely. "Well we're getting a lot of Twitter questions from our audience most just want to know if you're single" he blushes a bit.
