CHAPTER TWO

The fallens wanted to kidnap Thomas but when they touched him the fear in him triggered something in him.
The ones holding him desolved into ashes.
Hazel wasn't surprised about this because he knew about this right from time.
Hazel killing the fallen with his anglic sword.
The arch angels felt the power of the light and the grace of the fallen leaving their body as it ascend into the sky.
So they followed the power pull.
When they got home Christopher was waiting for him.
Seeing how he and Hazel was walking hand in hand talking about what happened made him quite uncomfortable.
When they have left at the eatry..."so what was it that made you walk hand in hand with Hazel?" Christopher asked. "You have never walked like that with me since we started dating"..."don't tell me you are secretly dating Hazel" Christopher said.
"I wonder what puts such thoughts in your mind, like if they ask you write a biography about me you will include cheating in your write up".
"If you think so low of me that means it's your loss and it's quite a shame you don't know who you claim to be dating".... "And it hurts you don't trust me".
"Hey come off it babe I was only asking a question to make sure we are on  same page in this relationship".. Don't get it twisted yall I know I act like an ass sometimes but the love I have for you is out of this world Thomas".
Pete came in before you could blink he joined them with a smile.
Deep down Christopher he was boiling with anger"this is a me time with my babe can you excuse us"was the next thing that came out of his mouth.
Pete was so embarrassed he quietly stood up and move to the next table. Not Up ten minutes Philip walked in he wanted to go say "hello!! to Thomas. Which at the same time Thomas was saying in his mind "please don't come here I don't want you to be embarrassed".
When he heard Christopher say "I hope this fool is not coming here because he will not like what I Will say to him". Thomas was fed up with Christopher's shenanigans, so he stood up dropped his own part of Bill and walked out. Christopher followed begging him to forgive his manners.
"Look here Chris I love you that's what's up and you know that I love you, but I am sick and tired of this your childish behavior".... "if we are not fighting, you are nagging about my outfit, the way I smile and all that"...."I am not your puppet and this supposed to be a relationship not an oga and boy, boy affairs".
Embarrassing my friends which happens to be our course mates it's out of place".... "the audacity for you to insinuate I'm having an affair with Hazel who is like a brother to me, guy that's some fucked up bullshit". Christopher slapped him twice
"will you shut up your mouth, you think am a fool, I don't know when people have ulterior motives....I know those two wants you by all means and that will not happen".
Thomas looking at him and people around them watching he smiled then threw the remaining ice-cream with him on his face saying "I'm with you stupidity and insecurities, when can talk when you finally grow up". He texted Hazel who came to pick him.
Hazel singing off key to the Brandy's song "THE WAY YOU TOUCH".. His voice made Thomas to laugh so hard..... Then Thomas kissed Hazel... "you make me happy whenever am with you, even when I am angry the thought of you makes me singing song".
Hazel packed off the road... Kissing him for minutes "you know we can't do this right, you are in a relationship which will be bad if I take advantage of this your vulnerable moment"...."I will advise you to talk things out with Christopher" he kissed him some more before they went home.
In his room Hazel kept thinking of the kiss and wondering if it was right for him, the way he pushed Thomas back to Christopher.
While Thomas was chatting with Pete and Philip apologizing for the way his boyfriend (Christopher) treated them. "apology accepted and I am standing at your back yard can you come out?" Pete wrote.
Standing up from his bed looking outside through his window blinds he saw Pete standing with bottle of wine and some other eatables in a basket. He wore his night robe coming down to join him. They sat on the blanket Pete brought. They began to drink and talk... "has your brother and friend told you who he really is?" Pete asked him.
"No I haven't cos there is no need for that... I grew up to see him close to my family so why should I poke nose into what's not my business" was his reply to Pete.
"what if I told you that your own Hazel was an arch-angel whose mission was to destroy"....."he was the angel that opened the gates of the underwater and windows of heaven during the days of your forefathers Noah"....."he was among the four angels sent to Sodom and Gomorrah but he left for another assignment, he (Hazel) was in charge of the ten plagues in Egypt and was also the shadow of death that passed over them killing all the first born"...."your Hazel is a killer angel not the calm, sweet loving guy he is presenting himself to be".
"So why are you telling me all this?" Thomas asked him.
"Because everything revolves around you and your family" Pete told him. "Wait what do you mean by that statement?".
"Well your lineage is that of Noah so you see why your family is special and as for you my dear Thomas you are".... "Enough with those words" Hazel thundered as there was flash of lightning "you serpent from the foundations of the earth, the reason for the fall of man kind...." have you come to cause confusion like you always do?" Hazel asked Pete..
."It's good to see you brother haven't you missed me?".."well Thomas you can ask him about all I just told you, to know who is lying here".....
"Enough and be gone" at this Pétë left. "Now listen you have to be careful what you hear or listen to because.... Anyways no need to tell you"..."cos you just saw a climps of what is to come, so I urge you to be careful" Hazel said to Thomas.
"Let's go inside, so we both can have a good sleep for tomorrow's schedules"..
They went inside to sleep... Meanwhile the arch angels were almost close to the town Hazel and Thomas was living in.
Thomas called "Pete to come pick him up"... Going towards the door... He hit his legs on the table the flower vest was about to fall..
But he was fast to hold it..so....
