DRUNK IN LOVE

CHAPTER SEVEN

Philip opened his eyes but Pete was fast to block him as he looked into medusa's eyes.
The snakes on her head froze.Pete using his hand chopped of medusa's head. They placed her head inside a bag.
And left for ocean of glass for the mermaid's tears.
The mermaid's were angry on seeing Hazel because he was the one who opened the waters of the heaven and earth during the time of Noah.
He took their grace when they fell.
So seeing him in their territory wasn't a good thing.
They attacked them with all their might it was a bloody fight the foundations of the waters were shaking.
Hazel bringing out his sword of fire struck it on the water and all of them began to run and cry going into deepest part of the water.
Christopher and Philip caught one of them.
Hazel wanted to kill him,but both of them asked him not to.
Then they took him along with them. They made their way to the underworld.
Through a portal Philip created.
They got there it was a dark cave...  they walked with the light conjured by Philip.
Meanwhile the merman was busy flirting with Christopher.
Which made Christopher happy they were walking side by side.
They got to an end point,standing on the tallest cliff.
While they were busy aguring how to descend the cliff a big animal with the body of lion and human came running towards them firing it's arrows of fire. They had no choice than to jump.
They kept falling till they got to the bottom which was another world on its own.
People were busy moving fast without talking to each other.
Some were happy while some sad. "these are souls of people who just died waiting for judgment and the prince of the underworld can hold them captive making them restless spirits stranded between two worlds.
"He uses them as his soldiers to attack humans" Hazel told them.
They were arrested by the night watch of the underworld.
The night watchers took them to the palace of the underworld king.
"Don't eat anything offered to you if not your soul will be come corrupt" said Hazel.
They were welcomed...Abigail was on the thrown with the king.
While Hoza was chained with his hands and legs apart.
With the clap of hand by the king a feast was thrown.
"Eat up sons..don't mind what Hazel told you I am your mother and can never hurt you"...
Taking from the food and meat in front of them ate out of it.
Hoza was able to tap into his brother's and Philip's power to show them a vision.
Of the apocalypse that was coming".... And what will happen if they eat out of what is served.
He showed Philip how his journey of love with their mother Abigail started. That was when he knew their mom was dating the underworld king as at that time.
So they planned to get an angel so their powers can be unstoppable.That the stories of her being captured by the king of the underworld was lies.
Infact she was married to him secretly. The king of the underworld couldn't impregnate her so she mated with Hoza to get pregnant....she and the king was injecting herself with demon blood but it couldn't work because Hoza knew of their plans but he was blinded by his love for Abigail their mother.
They felt betrayed so they imprisoned him since they can't kill him.
At the middle of the feast.,the king pointed at Christopher to come to him. But he refused..he was dragged to the thrown by a powerful force.
He crashed he back on the stairs making blood to come out.
And his curse was activated.
"Kill him and all of them now"
Abigail said laughing wickedly.... Christopher was fighting the curse but it was pulling him towards Hoza.
Then there was a bright light in the hall "the party is over" said Michael and the other arch angels  that came with him.
"Oh!there was a party and we weren't invited" said Urel.
"It's such a shame we are here now" said Zachary.
Michael ordering Hoza and Hazel to give him the key of grace"...But the two refused "kill them all"Michael ordered... Hazel drew his sword of fire out, Philip moving on the air used it to free Hoza. In the process he was fighting Christopher who wants to kill him.
Not knowing when Hoza slipped something into his bag.
Merman with them who didn't have any difficulty in transforming into a human with legs without signing any deal to get a leg like we watch or read in some stories.
The truth is mermans are one of the strongest  and most vicious fallen angel.
They can go at any length to get revenge when challenged.
Because their powers are still with them.
He rushed to Christopher...pushing him away from Hoza.
He held him calming him down.
In the process he felt the pains the real Christopher was in he kissed him as his tears touched him his powers was neutralized.
When it touched the ground water began to rush out.
Micheal flying towards Hoza without notice plunged his sword into his heart. As he burst into flames looking at his two sons who shouted "fatherrrr"... "no oooo".... This made the whole thing worst the fight was out of proportion. Hazel with anger in him held Michael pushing the both of them off the cliff as they fought but Micheal threw him away.
Because he doesn't have wings he was falling into the deep abssy of death. Micheal moving towards Thomas to kill him but was blocked by Jeremy,the angel they healed who went into the woods after Michael told him he wasn't fit to be with them again.
"Hello traitor" Michael said to him on seeing him.
Jeremy without a response drew his sword..."I can see someone came to fight" while they were fighting.
The merman took the head of medusa showing it to Abigail who didn't turn to stone.
She laughed at him coming close to kill him.
Pete with a flash of speed cutting his hands dropping his blood on the snakes on medusa's head came alive and everything began to turn to stone the king of the underworld and Abigail as they were about to vanish Philip cast a spell holding them bound, they were made to look at medusa's head while they turn to stone.
"This is for my father and your lies" Philip said.
Jeremy cut off one wing of Zachary as he fell.
Hazel flew up from the abssy with his new wings which was a miracle.
For an angel to grow back wings when its been cut off.
He was telling Jeremy not to kill Zachary when Michael from the back held him on his neck."the fight is over" all of them was at ease because Hazel told them to "stand down".
Micheal deeped his hand inside his heart taking the key of grace.
When Micheal was in possession of the two keys.... He said"am sorry brother but you have to die".
On hearing this the merman uses his long nails to punture Christopher's body and his curse was activated.
Like lightning he met Michael holding his wings and broke the two of it but he have stabbed Hazel already.
The other arch angels took Michael and flew away, the whole underworld was sealed  up that no supernatural can leave or enter it.
And the water that came from the merman's tears was growing out of hand.
Philip was too weak to create any portal.
So the merman told them to stand ready once he opens the door they should be quick to go through it.
Then he let out a powerful scream that broke through the supernatural doors and the rest went through it.
But Christopher refused to go through it till he the merman will.. Knowing that the merman was sacrificing himself to get them to safety.
So he stayed back the door closed. Leaving the two of them by now the water was above their heads. Christopher was drowning because his curse of Cain do not work in the water. So the merman who has turned back to fish held him kissing him as the underworld was crumbling then a big stone came falling.
