Through the door that stood Huge and broad were more rooms and doors of all sorts. How big is this place? I thought to myself. I looked around to see more people with gills, pointed ears of all shapes and sizes, and walking mushrooms(some were no bigger than my thumb, others were taller than Nick, who stood at least 7 feet.) They all looked so different and outlandish. I had never seen anything like this other than the fables my father used to read to me. I let a tear run down my face.

"Hey, what's wrong?" Jason asked as he wrapped his arm around my waist.

"Nothing," I said as I wiped the tear away while turning to look at him.

"you sure?" He questioned, knowing me all too well.

"Yeah, I'm fine." I lied, trying to convince myself.

"Keep up." Nick called back.

"What do you want, Nick? I don't have time for your little games."

"Olivia, this is...... "

"She knows who I am. We've met before" She looked at me with knowing eyes.

"No, I ha- OMG YES I DO! AUNTIE SERENA!" I yelled, running to hug her but stopped by a wave to the face.

"Stay away from her." another female voice said. I turned to see a beautiful woman. She had dark skin and vitiligo. Her eyes were chocolate, and her hair was blonde. She wore shells, pearls, and silk that made a beautiful dress but wasn't wearing any shoes.

"Oceana, it's fine. Remember the child I used to babysit for Rebeca? This is her. Now, why are you here, little one?" She said while looking at how big I had gotten.

"She just lost her dad. She never learned the truth, and no one can explain it like you. You've been around for years and knew Saphielle the longest. Elauthin, you...... where did he go?" Nick looked around

Elauthin? Saphielle? Who are they, I thought to myself.
