A few months later on like.. a Saturday or something, because I said so

Your break day! Yay! You stretched out your arms, hearing your shoulder and back pop, and you looked at Soda's bed.

He was still sleeping, you left him be.
You walked out into the kitchen to fix everyone something.

Turns out, Pony made something first. You got a bit surprised, he doesn't usually wake up first, but you always liked his cooking anyway.

You looked at the counter and waved at Pony, he was standing there eating and at first didn't notice you until you waved. He waved back and pointed at the stove signaling breakfasts still there.

It was still warm. You got a plate and got some food on it. You stood on the other side of the counter instead of next or across to Pony. He didn't mind.

---

You were hanging out in your room after taking a shower. You sat in a towel around your waist and another around your shoulders, just sitting there.
Zoned out, like everyone does.

After about 10-15 minutes you decided that you should get dressed. You got into something simple (including a ring or two) then put your towel again around your shoulders. Dried your hair, then left your room to grab a granola bar or.. something and decided at that second to go on a walk. No thought in that.

"11:00!" You heard Darry yell from the chair he usually sat in. "Yup!" You quickly yelled back before leaving. You walked off your porch and offically started the walk, you didn't really know where to go.

Before you really knew it, you ended up far. Really far. You didn't mean to, but you also didn't think it was too late. As soon as you know, it started to sprinkle rain.

Until like a goddamn shower it started raining heavily on you. You didn't really mind, but you wanted to rest, so you went under a tree. It was peaceful.

Occasionally you got rained on a bit, but since the tree you picked wasn't too small, you were ok. It was still daylight, but it was foggy in the distance. A bit hard to see, but you didn't mind. You'll just sit here until you feel like walking back. You know your way.

Your tiredness slowly caught up to you, unfortunately, you started to drift off.

Back at the Curtis's, was Two-Bit, Sodapop, Ponyboy, Darry, and Dallas.
"Jesus christ. Where is he?" Sodapop muttered at himself, watching the clock. Darry suddenly sat up, bringing all of them to attention, and started hastily getting his jacket on. The others jumped up and started getting their own jackets on, getting somewhat of the hint.

"We're looking for him." Darrel muttered loudly and walked over to his car. Everyone followed after him, jumping in the car. Sodapop going next to Dallas and Two-Bit with Darrel in the driver (obviously) and Ponyboy in the passenger.

Two-Bit nudged Dallas with his elbow, asking with his facial expression if he's alright. He knew this whole thing about how Dallas felt with you. And he knew that Dallas would also be somewhat worried under that tough as stone expression.

Dallas looked over and nodded slightly, Two-Bit looked over at Sodapop and he was nearly chewing off his whole fingertip. They were all worried, showing it one way or not.

Dallas opened the door while it was partially still moving to a stop, he slammed the door. Two-Bit got his hand almost jammed in the door from trying to stop that man.

You woke up to hearing a car door slam, and you immediately panicked. It was foggy, you saw car lights. You grabbed your blade. You can't have that happen again, especially when it wasn't even a year ago yet.

You saw a figure, you gripped your blade. Your grip losened when you saw more clearer that it.. looked like Dallas. "Dallas?" You whispered loudly.
"Y/N." He said, loud. 'Shit,' you thought, 'he's angry.' You didn't know what to do, he was almost never mad at you before.

Sodapop was going to get out, but Two-Bit stopped him. "Wait." He quickly said out and Sodapop sat back down at the window next to Two-Bit. All they saw was Dallas storming off and nothing else.

You put away your blade, "Dallas." You said, calmly--ish. "The fuck are you doing out here?" He spat out at you, oddly close. You backed up a bit and put your hands infront of you, "I was just taking a walk. Didn't mean to dose off... And why are you here?" You asked. He just stared at you. You stared back, smiling awkwardly. Feeling like he could visably see that you were sweating.

This man was about the same height as you and yet you were still intimidated. Somewhat.
Enough that you wouldn't try to get in a fight with him. "Did you drive here or--" "Darry did." He cut you off.
"Can we go?" Your voice slightly highered in pitch at the end of your question.

It looked like he was hesitating. Dallas looked behind you and grabbed you by the shirt.

"Hey- hey man, I--uh didn't mean to upset you that har--" Dallas kissed you. More aggressively than you would really like. After he pulled away you almost fell backwards, before you stumbled and Dallas grabbed you by the arm.

Meanwhile, Two-Bit was squinting trying to figure out what was going on.

"HELLO?" You said out in surprise. Dallas let you go and started walking back, you stopped him. "You are not just walking away like that--" you grabbed his arm and in either a serious feeling or a heat of the moment, you kissed him.

And then you pulled away. You stood there, BOTH of you stood there, in shock. "HI?" Dallas said back, probably mocking you. You smacked his arm lightly.

"The fuck we do now?" You asked him, furrowing your eyebrows. "...Y'wanna go out sometime?" Dallas asked you a bit awkwardly. You stood up straight and, "Uhm, sure." He smiled at you, you never saw him smile like that. "Really?" Dallas walked closer to you. "Yeah, really." You kissed his cheek, "Does that prove it enough?"

He just hugged you in response.
