My Cousin's Ex

Chapter 1

                                   Jace's POV
Alright hi. I'm Dominik Jace Rowland. Everyone just calls me "Jace" or whatever else they pull outta their asses. I'm 17. I live with my mom Nancy, my brother Harvey, and my baby sister Kalila. My brother is 16. My sister is 5. My cousin Bryce has this girl. Her name's "Evelynne Claire" He gets mad at me for looking at her for too long. I like her but, I have to keep that to myself. The only people that know are my mom and brother. I think Bryce knows. If he does then, he's doing a great job at hiding it. At lunch I sit with my friends while, Evelyne and Bryce sit at a different table.

He's been acting different lately.

Is he losing feelings for her?

One day at a birthday party, I noticed Evelyne wasn't with Bryce.

"Where's your girl?"

"Sick."

"So you just decided to bring another girl?"

"Bro relax. We're just friends."

"That's what they all say. Are you cheating?"

"No! I'm serious! Me and Courtney are just friends!"

"You decided to bring Courtney Scott aka the Regina George of our school, to your cousin's birthday party?"

"Relax. You trust me right?"

"Normally yes. Right now? No. That girl loves you. I see the way she looks at you. If you're cheating then, you're going to hell."

Then he punched me. I decided to not hit him back. I wiped the blood from under my nose away then, I washed my hands. My nose wasn't broken. I just had a black eye for about a week or so.

He's definitely fucked up his relationship.

My brother was on my side with the situation.

"If I found out someone was cheating on their girl, I'd knock them out."

"Me too Harv. Me fucking too."
