Hi um so I left this story off too long and because of that I almost got fired, so I'm here continue the story now just save my own butt from the boss.

Luke already dreaded that he was going somewhere far from home, it didn't make it better that it was 6 in the morning on the first day of summer, what a great way to start vacation. Luke was heading to the camp with his father, the daughter of Zeus, and the young girl Annabeth. Luke was not excited at all.

Luke: "So this camp is supposed to protect and train us?"

Hermes :"Exactly"

Luke: "All the more to worry about"

Hermes: "Now Luke I know you've been hating this moment to happen but you did agree"

This to Luke was sadly true, Luke wanted his mother to be safe and far from monsters, and here he would be able to learn more on fighting, heck, he would do this just so he could protect himself from these monsters, the only problem? He was going to be in a cabin with his fathers other children, his half-siblings.

Luke: "Is it too lat—"

Hermes: " Yes it is"

Luke: "Crap"

Thalia: "Stop being a wimp, you're already here you might as well man up"

Luke: "..., why didn't we leave her behind?"

Hermes: "Because grandpa would punish and kill me, and she's just a child"

Luke: "Well just ditch in the nearest adoption center"

Thalia: "What the hell"

Luke: "I don't regret saying it"

Annabeth: "What about me?"

Luke: "You I'm okay with"

Thalia:"WHAT THE HELL!?"

Hermes: "Shhhhhh, all of you, quiet down, expect you Annabeth you're fine, oh wait we're here!"

In front of them was the the camp itself, magical and grand but Luke was nervous, will he ever see his mom again? Will anyone treat him with kindness? Can't his dad even try to convince his "grandpa" to let him stay with them?

Hermes: "Alright you guys, go ahead. You'll meet a kind man named Chiron, he'll help you get settled in your cabins."

As the girls went ahead, Luke started to head to camp until suddenly...

Hermes: "Luke wait."

Luke: "What?"

Hermes:" Listen, I know that you might feel like I'm abandoning you again but I promise you that I'm not, I'll visit you and your half-siblings whenever I can, I'll even help protect your mother. I want you to know that I love you."

Luke:"..., Thanks dad, I love you too."

Hermes:"If it's not a problem, keep an eye on Thalia, try becoming friends with her, it's rare for Zeus to have a child so she might feel lonely."

Luke:"I'll see what I can do."

And just like that Hermes left and Luke then headed off to Camp Half-Blood.
