"on me he just yapping at the mouth" i said lowly fixing my hoodie

now all these motherfuckers looking at me

i just nodded lowering it a bit. as soon as he turned around i put it back up putting my airpods in laying my head down. it was history and he wasn't really talking about shit so i decided to take the time to take a lil power nap.

"thanks" i mumbled grabbing my backpack going in the front pocket getting a piece of gum

i cheesed going outside to the school grounds since it was lunch for upperclassmen i sat on one of the benches outside. i could stick it out til the end of the day but if i go with my cousin li i know i'll have fun so i choose fun over education.

i got up walking to the parking lot seeing her honda hearing her blast nardo wick. i laughed doing a dance as i jogged to her car. opening the back door i tossed my backpack in getting in the passenger seat.

"cousin!" i leaned over hugging her

"auntie gon be mad at me you lucky i love your ass"

"so grateful for you" i smiled

"shit bitch you better be" she huffed rolling her neck speeding out the parking lot

"what was you doing before i called?" i asked

"getting ready we bout to go chill wit my homeboys then maybe go get food and chill at my house" she said

"now why would i as a female be around two weird ass niggas? be smart but nah they not tino just irky and can't sit still and psycho just mean as shit and quiet as fuck"

"to be honest i don't know he never told me so i don't ask but don't try him like a psycho because of his name he hates that shit"

"wassup" i nodded at the two boys

"that's tino and that's psycho this my lil cousin ty, tino don't bother her" li introduced us

"surely won't be yours. sit down ty" she sat down on a couch

following her i sat down next to her unlocking my phone going to hbo max resuming my episode of euphoria. i felt someone staring at me so i glanced up looking at the psycho boy who was high as shit and basically slumped over on the other couch. i stopped looking at him going back to my show as more people started coming in the house.

"can you move?" i asked tino

"my bad og shit i just wanted to see what you was watching" he put his hands up backing away from me

"you good you just too close for me to have just met you" i said

"y'all facing blunts back to back let me get my lungs together shit" i coughed slapping my chest

the people left so it was just me, li, tino, and psycho. i just know we look stupid as fuck because we had been smoking for a cool minute we were on the fifth blunt and there was a yellowish tint of smoke surrounding the living room. the air was so thick.

"aw shit we needa sober you up so i can take you home" li said

"hell no just get me sum food and snacks and take me home"

"where auntie at right now?"

"prolly her nigga house she think she grown" i mumbled getting up stretching

"if you niggas eating come on" li said quietly

"i call front!" tino yelled running out the door

"so childish" i chuckled walking behind li
