"You're joking!" Draco gasped, clasping a hand over his heart. "A whole jar?"

Hermione shook her head, looking much less amused than Draco did. "A big one, too. I don't know how he managed to get his... bits... To stretch around it to begin with, but he managed. And the pressure shattered it while it was inside of him."

Draco yelped, lowering a hand to his behind. "Holy shit, ow. So you had to..?"

"Yes. I spend the last seven hours digging glass shards out from a mans anus," Hermione confirmed, shuddering.

"Hermione, I mean this with full sincerity and pity of your situation, but that is fucking hilarious."

"Yeah, how about you go play around in another man's arse for seven hours?" she grumbled.

"Wouldn't be the first time," Draco muttered, smirking at her. Her jaw dropped, her face flushing vermillion.

"Draco!" She cried, smacking him across the shoulder. "You are so- Ugh!"

Despite her words, they both burst into laughter. There was a knock at the door, to which Hermione perked up, looking confused. "I wasn't expecting anybody. I'll be right back. Be right there!" She called, directing the last bit at the door as she stood, walking around the corner and disappearing out of view.

Draco shrugged his shoulders to loosen them up. He'd come over directly after work, so he was still in his heavy and rather constricting officer's uniform. He didn't bother changing, considering Scorpius had spent the day with Ron and Hermione, and he was going to pick him up and bring him straight home, but Scorpius, Ron, Rose and Vivian were all passed out on the couch, so he agreed to stay at least until Scor woke up.

Hermione's gasp made him nervous and he found his hand immediately hovering above his hip, where his gun and taser were holstered, silently standing from his seat as he listened for whatever was happening. Fortunately, there was a soft chuckle that had him relaxing and he lowered himself back into his seat, sipping at the tea Hermione had prepared while she evidently ushered someone inside.

"Oh, sorry, I didn't realize you had company," the voice spoke nervously before lowering into a nearly inaudible whisper. "Police? Hermione, what did you do?"

Hermione laughed. "I'm not in trouble, Harry- You remember Draco, don't you?"

At that point, Draco finally turned, both of them doing a double-take at the sight of the each other.

"Malfoy?"

"Potter?"

"What are you doing here?" Harry accused, eyes narrowing, but Hermione rolled her eyes, placing a hand on his chest.

"Relax. He's just visiting."

"Mione-"

"No, none of that school rivalry bullshit, either you get along or you both get out."

Draco stood to meet Harry's height, offering a half-smile as he held out his hand. "Nice to see you again, Potter."

Harry tentatively reached his hand up to shake Draco's. "Likewise."

Draco couldn't help but notice the blossom of purple underneath Harry's long sleeve along his wrist when he reached out and idly wondered if he had gotten some tattoos.

"So... You're law enforcement?" Harry's voice wavered, sounding nervous.

"It would appear that way, yes. Why? Did you come here to admit to some nefarious crime to Granger I should be worried about?" Draco quirked up a single brow. Much to his surprise, Harry chuckled.

"No, nothing to worry about here- but... What exactly are you doing here?"

"Oh, I got shot a couple months back and Hermione was my doctor. We've been making semi-regular visits since then. Scorpius loves Rose and Vivian, so, it works out well."

"Scorpius- your son?" Harry questioned. Draco nodded. "I'm sorry to hear about Astoria."

Draco shrugged. "Thanks, Potter. It's alright."

"What are you doing here?" Hermione spoke, turning her attention to Harry. "You typically owl before visiting. It's been ages, too."

"Yeah, sorry, I don't get out much, me and Ryan are busy with our own thing."

"Oh? Are you two working on a project or something?" Hermione asked, looking genuinely curious.

Draco silently took his leave, heading towards the restroom, feeling the need to relieve both the tension between him and Harry and his bladder.

Since Hermione's mother was doing better, the Weasley-Granger household was back in their home in London, meaning Draco had to learn the layout of their, frankly, quite large house. Getting to places was typically okay, it was finding his way back. Not only was it big, but the layout made no fucking sense!

Draco muttered to himself about the 'sodding architect' as he finished pissing and washed his hands, working on finding his way back out to Hermione and the rest.

His first mistake was following the muffled he heard, assuming it would lead him out.

He paused, however, when he came to a door, and realized that the voice sounded urgent. Almost scared.

He pressed his ear against it, his instincts as an officer kicking in, despite him being off duty and in one of his close friends' home.

"No, listen, I'm just with Hermione and Ron-" A pause. "No, Ryan, I'm not cheating on you! Listen to yourself, you're freaking out over nothing! I told you I'd be away for a couple hours. You're just drunk and- No, I'm not coming home right now, I already told you."

Draco shifted on his feet nervously as he continued to listen in.

"I'm seeing Ron and Hermione because I haven't seen them in months, okay? Hermione's mum fell ill and I wasn't able to see her through any of that- No I'm not blaming you, I'm just saying I want to visit!" A groan of irritation. "I'm done with this conversation, Ryan! I'll be home in a couple hours."

Draco, being a master of the art of 'silently-running-away-so-he-didn't-get-shot-and-or-killed' used that to get as far away from the door as possible, managing to look confused. When Harry popped out of the room, he turned with a surprised look. "Oh, hey Harry! You wouldn't happen to know the way back to Hermione, would you? This damned house always confuses me."

Harry didn't seem to suspect a thing as he led Draco back to the family, where Scorpius was groggily looking around.

"Oh you poor sweet boy," Draco tutted affectionately, scooping him up in his arms. "You want to go home, Scor?"

"Yes please dad," Scorpius yawned, once again dropping his head down onto Draco's shoulder. The blond smiled, kissing his cheek as he always did and turning towards Hermione and Harry.

"Well, looks like we're headed home. It was lovely to see you, as always Hermione, and nice to see you again, Harry."

"Who's Harry?" Scorpius mumbled curiously, his little head picking itself up and looking around until he saw him.

"That's Harry. I used to go to school with him as well."

"Oh. Hullo Harry."

"Hello Scorpius," Harry greeted back, his cheeks flushing red slightly.

"Well, say goodbye, we've gotta go home and have dinner. What would you like?"

"French fries."

Draco frowned. "We can't have french fries every night you weirdo. We'll see what we have when we get home, okay?"

"Okay. Buh-bye Minnie, buh-bye Harry."

They both waved goodbye as Draco apparated home, stretching with a yawn as he set Scorpius down on the edge of the counter. "Well, lets see what we have for supper, yeah?"
