he shook his head and sat up

" go put on socks "

" then we can open gifts and sing?"

she ran out of his room going to hers to put on socks

Kasani got out of the bed and went to the bathroom to do his morning routine

" I need to call Kay" He thought before shaking his head since he was thinking about her as soon as he woke up

He took care of his morning routine before going downstairs to the living room where his family was

" good morning" his mom said

" good morning" he said hitting the back of his dads neck

" I'm not even gon do nun since it's Jesus's day"

" you wasn't gon do nun no way" he said going over to Dejah

" sit on me and you gon end up on the floor"

He sucked his teeth sitting beside her on the sofa

" let that girl open ya gifts before she pass out" Dontae shook his head looking at his daughter

" gon head and open them baby" Dejah laughed

" are me and bubby doing it at the same time?"

" nah, go head" he waved her off

She crawled over to the tree and found a gift that had her name

she started tearing the wrapping paper off of the box seeing a white box start to show

" oh my God, guys Santa bought me a cooking set" she said smiling widely making the three of them smile too

" lemme see" Dejah said pulling her phone out to take pictures
