Kehlani mixed different colors on her palette before dipping the paint brush in it and moving the brush up and down the canvas as her and Kione lowly sung the lyrics to streetcar by Daniel Caesar

she was working on the base layer of the painting that she was doing right now for fun which was Summer Walker's album still over it while Kione was also in there laying on her floor as she played good pizza great pizza on her iPad

" and bad religion in a movie where they come out to their parents or something and they aren't accepted or the main characters break up and they're in the back of the cab" Kione added making Kehlani nod and hum agreeing

" my vision behind it would be the pianos in the intro playing while you see the main character stumble into the car and get into the backseat and the driver would be like where are you headed and they'll be like wherever you take me or something then after that it would be like how the movies make it so you can only see their mouthes moving but you can't hear what they saying because of the music or something" she said pausing and Kehlani nodded for her to continue interested in the idea that she was coming up with on the spot

" it would be like that and they're in the back ranting battling their demons and then they start crying or something, hold onnnn write that down I feel like people would watch that"

" literally, I don't know how but you need to get on that"

" I'll give you your credits too since it's your playlist that made me think about it" she said before they both looked towards the door hearing it open

" you sitting in here paint and shit like you don't have people coming over here for your party later" Their grandmother said coming into the room

" our parents said we don't have to do anything until they tell us to" Kehlani said, they were all getting annoyed with Crystal's mom, she came the night before to help out because she felt like they wouldn't get anything done their selves and all she's been doing the whole time is tell them what to do when she wasn't doing anything herself

" because you spoiled as hell, I'm telling you to go do something instead of sitting around doing nothing, clean your bathroom or something what's all that stuff on the counter?" She asked peeking into the bathroom

" products?" Kione said in a question tone knowing that that's the only thing on her counter, she wasn't trying to be disrespectful but she was confused on what she was talking about
